★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality service, bad quality coffees made by unqualified and unmotivated staff. As it wasn’t bad enough, they steal money from customers time to time (targeting foreigners), pretending they forgot to give back right amount of change. I was screwed for 200 Kč by some ugly teenager barista there recently. It was fun to saw her embarrassed and red faced, caught of guard, when 5min later, I discussed the matter with her boss (who immediately offered refund)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m going to this Costa quite often, and can definitely see a very positive trend in service offered! Coffee was always good, but service-wise : sometimes it took way too long, sometimes staff was not really friendly. This is very different now though, don’t see these huge lines anymore and staff is smiling and polite ,which is great! Keep it up, guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess I beat the record. 45 minutes to try to order a coffee and pay a bottle of water. I forgive that plan. Told the barista that I would like to pay at least the water that I started to drink. She said I don't care there is customer to serve. But those customers were waiting since 10minutes. I was waiting since 45 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee is not good, they burnt the milk for Cappuccino I would wait for barista to prepare my coffee if the cashier didn’t know how to make it, the cake was fresh and delicious, service was nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place at corner of shopping male. GOOD stuff. Have to remove one start as their wifi registration system does not recognize any of my email addresses. I am using standard gmaik or seznam.cz...Also adding persnal comparison but Starbucks Americano taste me a bit better. But still if Icam nearby I will go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bullied by staff, including 15 year old barristas, encouraged by the manageress. If you have any kind of disability or appear vulnerable in any way, best to avoid either Costa Coffee in the Novy Smichov. And PLEASE do not say cheers to the barristas after being served by them. They get VERY aggressive at this. You have been warned!
