★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a Parker fountain pen here. When I came home, I noticed that I paid double what the actual market price is. Immediately e-mailed and asked how I could return the pen. To this day, the pen is unused, but I haven't gotten an answer. Because of this, I checked on another pen I bought from them years ago. I've always been under the impression, as the receipt states, that I bought a Lamy LX ruthenium. Now, I have discovered I was sold a Lamy AL-star graphite.
Would avoid at all costs, and I will not shop here anymore, as any other Bibelot store. Would highly recommend checking Heureka before purchasing anything here.
