★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nedoporučuji, velké zklamání v den platby jsem nebyli upozorněni že zajezd byl snížen asi o 3000kč, tomu říkám proklientský přístup...NIKDY VIC!!!
I do not recommend, great disappointment on the day of payment I was not notified that the trip was reduced by about 3000 CZK, I call it a pro-client approach ... NEVER MORE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nabízí hotel, o kterém již předem vědí, že neodpovídá inzerci. Reklamaci zamítli, ostatně v případě cestovky asi jiný závěr nebylo možné předjímat. Důrazně varuji před jejich jednáním. Příště možná nějakou renomovanou agenturu.
It offers a hotel that they already know does not match the advertisement. The complaint was rejected, moreover, in the case of the travel ticket, it was probably not possible to anticipate a different conclusion. I strongly warn against their actions. Next time, maybe some reputable agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cestovka má velmi volné vyhrazené podmínky. Připravili nás o celý den dovolené s výmluvou na vyřazené Boeingy, ovšem tato informace už plula ve světě nekolikaty týden a oni nám změnili let v 18h večer z 19h příštího dne na 3 hodiny rano téhož večera. Samozřejmě neuznali reklamaci, protože jsme dle nich započali den. Delegát byl úplně k ničemu, akorat se culil a nijak nepomohl. Stejně tak zájezdový delegát. Stále omylal dokola stejné info a moc jsme se toho od nej nedozvěděl. Už poletíme jedině z Německa = levnější a lepší přístup.
The travel agency has very free reserved terms. They've prepared us a whole day's holiday with an excuse for discarded Boeing, but this information has already traveled in the world for a few weeks and they've changed our flight at 6pm the next day for 3 hours the same evening. Of course they did not accept the claim because we started the day. The delegate was totally useless, he just smirked and did not help. So does the touring delegate. He still washed the same info over and we didn't know much about it. We will only fly from Germany = cheaper and better access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup letošní dovolené v pohodě. Záležitost 15 - 20 minut. Odeslání platby po reservaci taky v pohodě. Osobní jednání s jednou pracovnicí společnosti taky v pohodě a profesionální přístup ale když potom voláte s nějakým dotazem, tak ta druhá kolegyně je arogantní až to práská dveřma. Škoda, že telefon ještě neumí někomu jednu vlepit!!!
Buying this year's holiday cool. 15 - 20 minutes. Sending payment after reservation also fine. A personal meeting with one company employee is also cool and professional, but then when you call with a question, the other colleague is arrogant to the door. Too bad the phone still can't stick one to someone !!!
