Kabát jsem předtím totálně zničila v pračce i když jsem prala podle pokynů. Firma Cleany si pro kabát a bundu přijela ke mě domů a druhý den byl kabát a bunda zpět a jako nové. Bez známek zničení. Kdyby takhle fungovaly všechny služby, to by se tu krásně žilo ? Absolutely amazing company. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, on the contrary, to highlight it. I gave them a down coat and jacket. I had totally destroyed my coat in the washing machine before, even though I was washing as instructed. Cleany came to my house for a coat and jacket, and the next day the coat and jacket were back and like new. No signs of destruction. If all services worked like this, it would be beautiful to live here ?

Ráno jsem udělal objednávku, odpoledne přijel milý kurýr a druhý den jsem měl oblečení zpět. Vše proběhlo hladce včetně vyzvednutí a doručení, kdy oba kurýři přijeli na čas (to u konkurence moc neplatí). Cleany je takový Rohlík.cz na oblečení. Prostě to funguje! I can only recommend Cleany! I had two jackets and one shirt cleaned by them. In the morning I made an order, in the afternoon a nice courier arrived and the next day I had my clothes back. Everything went smoothly, including collection and delivery, when both couriers arrived on time (this is not very true of the competition). Cleany is such a Rohlík.cz for clothes. It just works!

Vyzvednutí & donáška proběhla na jedničku, vše přijelo krásně složené/vyprané a extra požadavky zpracovaly okamžitě k mé spokojenosti. Extra potěšení mě přineslo malé nedorozumění, díky kterému strana cleny i má jsme mohli přispět na dobrou věc. Děkuji, za takový servis! Pick-up & delivery took place at number one, everything arrived beautifully composed / washed and the extra requests were processed immediately to my satisfaction. R	Radka I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvalitní vyčištění, bílé bundy jako nové. Jedinou hvězdu ubírám za poškrábání značkových jezdců zipu, které předtím neměly jediný škrábanec. Paní mě upozornila, že jezci můžou být poškrábané, ale napsala, aby je v čistírně obalili a tím by se poškrábání zabránilo. Ale přišly poškrábáne. Quality cleaning, white jackets like new. I take the only star for scratching the branded zipper sliders, which did not have a single scratch before. The lady warned me that the riders could be scratched, but she wrote to wrap them in the dry cleaner's to prevent scratching. But they came scratched.
D	Dávid Géczy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje první čištění obleku v cleany v OC Smíchov. Výsledek byl vynikající, tak čistý a vyžehlený oblek, jsem z čistírny neměl asi nikdy. Určitě doporučuji pro všechny. Jediné mínus bylo, že se mi vrátil oblek bez okrasného knoflíku na saku u límečku. :/ Bohužel, jsem si oblek nezkontroloval při převzetí ale až doma, takže bych s reklamaci nepochodil. My first cleaning suit in cleany in OC Smíchov. The result was excellent, so clean and ironed suit, I probably never had from the dry cleaner's. I definitely recommend for everyone. The only downside was that my suit came back without a decorative button on my jacket by my collar. : / Unfortunately, I did not check the suit upon receipt, but at home, so I would not deal with the complaint.
