★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zničili mi u nového (nikdy nenošeného)obleku na míru poutko - poté co jsem to říkal obsluze, mi starší paní argumentovala tím, že už to muselo být - i přesto že v dokumentech u příjmu nic takového napsané nebylo. Košile úplně zmačkané - mohl jsem si je vyprat doma. Paní jsem všechny výtky řekl, ale nereagovala na ně. Zároveň mi automaticky nedala účtenku.
They destroyed my eyelet on a new (never worn) suit - after I told the staff, the older lady argued that it must have been - even though nothing like that was written in the documents at the reception. Shirts completely crumpled - I could wash them at home. I told all the accusations, but she did not respond to them. At the same time, she didn't automatically give me a receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRIENDLY!!! they speak limited English but I sent an inquiry on their website for a white coat i needed to get clean, and they called me right away. When I went to leave my coat an older lady was there and she was CHARMING, she didn't speak english but we managed to communicate and it was a very very pleasant experience. I really recommend them! Is not easy to find as it is quite hidden but it is inside the courtyard of Plzenska 51, at the end of it. 5 starts and thank you for the smiles :)
