Bohuzel jsem mela 2x tu cest s timto chovanim! They should release the staff immediately, because of the way they treat customers! I did not experience a more arrogant approach to customers. Unfortunately, I had 2 trips with this behavior!

Výmena za menšie číslo bez problémov (po odchode z obchodu som si uvedomil že som kúpil zlú veľkosť) a výmena poškodeného tovaru okamžite za nový tiež bez problému. Today and yesterday a very good experience. Exchange for a smaller number without problems (after leaving the store I realized that I bought the wrong size) and exchange of damaged goods immediately for a new one without any problems.

K	Kristýna Straková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calvina Kleina miluju, ale zážitek s paní prodavačkou v neděli 10.6.2018 mě málem odradil. (Naštěstí existuje pobočka v Paladiu). Přišla jsem do obchodu, že jsem si u nich před časem koupila sukni, ale potřebovala bych k ní tričko. Naprostý nezájem, namátkové vybrání 2 triček, které byly nejblíž. Požádala jsem o velikost M (u CK nakupuji, takže vím, že mám M) a bylo mi odpovězeno, že M rozhodně nemám a že L mi bude sedět. Zkousla jsem to, trička vyzkoušela a překvapivě byla velká. Jedno z nich by ale teoreticky šlo.. Požádala jsem znovu o M a dostala tričko velikosti M, ale úplně jiné, než to předchozí vybrané. Zároveň jsem si zkoušela šaty, které mi sedly, ale potřebovala jsem pomoci se zapínáním. Při tomto přístupu jsem to ale vzdala, věci tam nechala a zašla do jiného značkového obchodu, kde mi milá paní prodavačka našla přesně to, co jsem potřebovala + něco navíc. Já chápu, že člověk nemusí mít svůj den... ale alespoň nějaký základ chování, kdyby byl... I love Calvin Klein, but the experience with the saleswoman on Sunday, June 10, 2018, almost discouraged me. (Fortunately, there is a branch in Paladium). I came to the store to buy a skirt from them some time ago, but I would need a T-shirt for it. Total disinterest, random selection of 2 T-shirts that were closest. I asked for size M (I buy from CK, so I know I have M) and I was told that I definitely don't have M and that L will fit me. I tried it, tried the T-shirts and, surprisingly, was big. But one of them would theoretically be .. I asked for M again and got a T-shirt size M, but completely different from the previous one. At the same time, I tried on the clothes that fit me, but I needed help with fastening. With this approach, I gave it up, left things there and went to another brand store, where the nice saleswoman found exactly what I needed + something extra. I understand that you don't have to have your day ... but at least some basis for behavior if you were ...

Jedna slečna obsluhovala pri pokladne, pekne som sa spýtal či sa môžem pozrieť na pánske peňaženky , ktoré boli za pultom, povedala mi áno. tak som sa pozrel na nich, keď som išiel sa pozrieť na tretí , prišla druha slečna , ktorá mi VYRRHLA peňaženku z ruky a povedala, že “takto sa nerobí, keď chcem niečo tak mi ukáže “. Dana slečna mi mohla povedať bez VYTRHNUTIA, ktoré mi znepríjemnilo náladu, aj keď som mal vybranú peňaženku, že si ju kúpim, napriek tomu som ju nekúpil. Rozhodol som sa navštíviť inú predajnu, kde mi NEVYTRHNU peňaženku z ruky!! If I could, I wouldn't even have one star. Indirect staff. One lady served at the checkout, I asked nicely if I could look at the men's wallets that were behind the counter, she said yes. So I looked at them, when I went to look at the third, the second lady came to me, who RETCHED my wallet from my hand and said that "this is not how I want to show me something". Dana Miss could tell me without an EXTREME that made my mood uncomfortable, even though I had a chosen wallet to buy it, but I didn't buy it. I decided to visit another store where I would NOT pull my wallet from my hand !!
