Vyřeší velmi rychle případný problém. Nabídnou vyčištění zařízení. Dnes slečna Lucie, jako vždy s úsměvem, ochotně pomohla s kupony. Velmi děkuji za Vaši vstřícnost. The best Iqos Store in Prague. Very professional, helpful and well-coordinated team. They always meet, advise, offer current events or news. It will solve a possible problem very quickly. They offer equipment cleaning. Určitě budu radši chodit na tuhle prodejnu, než na Chodov. Nice and very nice girls with a professional approach work here. They will try to help you with what IQOS allows. I will definitely rather go to this store than to Chodov.

Hlavně bych rada vypíchla slečnu Terezu, která byla neskutečně milá a profesionální. Určitě se budu vracet, mám v plánu pořídit přítelovi narozeninový dárek, takže určitě si rada zajedu na Smíchov. DĚKUJI I have to say, the absolute best service of all the iqos affiliates I've been to. Amazing ladies who helped me with everything and were very helpful. I would especially like to point out Miss Tereza, who was incredibly nice and professional. I will definitely be back, I plan to buy a friend a birthday present, so I will definitely like to go to Smíchov. THANK YOU
