★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsem navštívila pobočku Don Pealo ve Zlatém Andělu. Chtěli jsme nějaký dobrý doutník, které ve Vašich obchodech vždy nalezneme. Téměř 15 minut jsme vybírali, což paní prodavačka viděla. Poté jsem ji tedy požádala, že bychom si rádi nějaký doutník koupili. Paní se k nám ani nenatočila a suše řekla, že nemá klíč, že klíč odnesla kolegyně, takže zítra. Žádná omluva nic, bez vřelého přístupu. Myslím, že nám paní mohla tuto skutečnost sdělit už v okamžiku, kdy nás viděla vybírat.
Příští si už asi rozmyslím, zda půjdu nakupovat opět sem.
Yesterday I visited the Don Pealo branch in Golden Angel. We wanted a good cigar, which we will always find in your stores. We picked for almost 15 minutes, which the saleswoman saw. Then I asked her that we would like to buy a cigar. The lady didn't even turn to us and said dryly that she didn't have a key, that a colleague took the key, so tomorrow. No excuse for nothing, without a warm approach. I think the lady could have told us this fact the moment she saw us choosing.
Next time I'll probably think about whether I'm going shopping here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní jsem otravoval, když jsem chtěl obyčejný tabák bez ovocné příchuti. Vůbec nevěděla, dala mi přes respirátor "přivonět", což nešlo.. koupil jsem odporný Cherry hnus.
I annoyed the lady when I wanted plain tobacco without fruit flavor. She didn't know at all, she let me "smell" through the respirator, which didn't work .. I bought the disgusting Cherry disgust.

Nová slečna v pobočce na Andělu, bohužel špatně rozuměla druhu cigaret a
dala mi ktere jsem bohužel nechtěl. Ani jsem neměl zaplaceno ale bylo mi řečeno ze to nejde vyměnit, protože za storno má POKUTU !!

The new lady in the Anděl branch unfortunately misunderstood the type of cigarettes and
she gave me which I unfortunately didn't want. I didn't even get paid but I was told that it can't be exchanged, because he has a FINE for cancellation !!
