★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragické způsoby jednání se zákazníky. Již tam nemám vůbec chuť utrácet peníze, raději si dojedu někam jinam, kde mají alespoň elementární základy slušné komunikce a nedělají ze zákazníků idioty, když zákazník něco neví nebo se neorientuje.
Tragic ways of dealing with customers. I don't feel like spending money there at all, I'd rather go somewhere else, where they have at least the basic basics of decent communication and don't make customers idiots when the customer doesn't know something or doesn't orient themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantni prodavačky! Nejsou schopni ani nabít kredit na správné telefonní cislo i když to číslo se opakovalo 2 krát. Když se je slušně poprosila opravit chybu začali ječet jako postiženi.
Arrogant saleswomen! They are not even able to top up the credit to the correct phone number even if the number has been repeated 2 times. When she politely asked them to fix the mistake, they began to scream as afflicted.
