★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem na pobočku reklamovat zboží. Prodavačka na mě koukala stylem, co tam jako chci. Vyrušil jsem jí od jídla a milostivě vstala. Došla podívala se na zboží a řekla "Hm, je to rozbitý". Vyplnila reklamační formulář a byla velmi nepříjemná.
I came to the branch to complain about the goods. The saleswoman looked at me in the style I wanted there. I interrupted her from eating and got up graciously. She came to look at the goods and said "Um, it's broken." She filled out a complaint form and was very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ani jednu hvězdičku bych nedala , dnes v sobotu sme tam byli ,chtěli jsme něco dražšího koupit jako dárek na svatbu.Byli tam 4 prodavačky na prodejně, stáli a povídali mezi sebou .Kupující tam ani noha ,jen mi.Jak sme si vstoupili do prodejny a pozdravil sme " dobrý den " tak se na nás otočili, podívali otráveně, že sme ich vyrušili v povídání ,a nepříjemným tónem v hlasů, zeptali nás co tam chceme .Málem i to ,jak sme ich dovolili vyrušit. Nic sme nekoupili ,raději sme šli do jiného klenoty,co v OC Smíchov je naštěstí dost .NEDOPORUČUJI TUHLE PRODEJNU,OBSLUHA JE HNUSNA ,NEPŘÍJEMNÁ. I když je ich tam víc než dost!!!!!!!!!
I would not give a single star, today we were there on Saturday, we wanted to buy something more expensive as a wedding gift. There were 4 saleswomen in the store, standing and talking to each other. Buyers there not even a foot, just me. and we greeted "hello" so they turned on us, looked annoyed that we interrupted them in talking, and in an unpleasant tone in the voices, asked us what we want there .Almost how we allowed them to disturb them. We didn't buy anything, we preferred to go to another jewel, which is fortunately enough in OC Smíchov. Although there are more than enough of them !!!!!!!!!
