★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od Scanquilt jsem během let nakoupil věci do ložnice, obýváku i kuchyně. Značka mi přišla kvalitní a podporoval jsem českého výrobce. Velké zklamání pro mě bylo řešení reklamace drahého damaškoveho povlečení. Nejprvé jsem souhlasil s opravou výrobní vady, následně se vada projevila znovu a při řešen reklamace jsem se setkal s velice arogantním jednáním vedoucí prodejny. Čekal jsem profesionální přístup personálu v prodejně “prémiové” značky. Příště raději nakoupím jinde, rád se vyhnu se zklamání.
Over the years, I've bought things from Scanquilt for my bedroom, living room and kitchen. The brand came to me for quality and I supported the Czech manufacturer. A big disappointment for me was the solution to the complaint of expensive damask bedding. At first I agreed to repair the manufacturing defect, then the defect manifested itself again and while resolving the complaint, I met with a very arrogant behavior of the store manager. I expected the professional approach of the staff in the store of the "premium" brand. Next time I prefer to shop elsewhere, I like to avoid disappointment.
