★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel díky optimalizaci nákladů již pravděpodobně delší dobu neexistuje telefonní linka s česky hovořícím operátorem, všechno se dnes přesouvá do online prostředí, ale v momentě, kdy je na stránce nebo aplikaci chyba, pouze česky hovořící zákazník si letenku nekoupí. Za mne velký palec dolu. Úroveň zákaznického servisu za posledních x let velmi klesla.
 Unfortunately, due to cost optimization, there is probably no telephone line with a Czech-speaking operator for a long time, everything is now moving to the online environment, but when the error is on the page or application, only a Czech-speaking customer does not buy a ticket. A big thumb for me. The level of customer service has fallen sharply over the past few years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% spolehlivost, že vám zapomenou doposlat kufry. Letěl jsem za poslední 4 roky domu 8 krát a z toho mi 7x nedolétl kufr a když mi jednou dorazil, tak byl roztrhaný. Aktuáně jsem 4 dny bez kufrů a čekám až mi dorazí, nikdo mi nezvedá telefon. Nedoporučuji.
100% reliability that they will forget to send you suitcases. I have flown home 8 times in the last 4 years and my suitcase did not arrive 7 times, and once it arrived, it was torn. I am currently 4 days without suitcases and I am waiting for me to arrive, no one will answer my phone. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, too small. The snacks on offer are very poor. There were two ladies running around replenishing the drinks and snacks. The older one dragged her heals on the floor as she walked. She also took a phone call on her personal phone for over 20 minutes she was loud and obnoxious with it. Thankfully, the younger one told her to shut up
The younger one sadly, stank of body odour.
Poor choice of snacks, lack of ice, annoying staff, too small . ..
