★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativní zkušenost.
Vykonali jsme práci dle dohody, vznikli vícepráce které jsou podepsané a odsouhlasené v montážním deníku.
Celá akce ke spokojenosti f. Brochier nikoli k naší spokojenosti.
Po ukončení prací a dvou měsíců si někdo vzpomněl že vícepráce jsou neplatné.
Po dlouhém vyjednávaní přistoupili alespoň na platbu 50% víceprací a odsouhlasili.
Po dalších urgencích na emaily a telefonu nakonec nebyla uhrazena ani vystavená faktura s 50% částkou za vícepráce.
Nyní na telefon a email nereaguje ani jednatel společnosti, ani účetní.
Jednatel asi nemá koule se postavit k celé věci čelem.
Tuto společnost vnímám jako- PROVEĎTE DÍLO ALE PLATBU OD NÁS NEČEKEJTE.
Nyní má vše na starosti advokát a exekutorský Úřad.
V případě potřeby mohu doložit veškeré informace k nahlédnutí o lstivém přístupu společnosti

After finishing work and two months ago, someone remembered that overtime is invalid.
After long negotiations, they agreed to pay at least 50% of the extra work and agreed.
After further urgencies on emails and telephone, the issued invoice with 50% of the amount of extra work was not paid in the end.
Now neither the company's executive nor the accountant responds to the phone and email.
The agent probably doesn't have the balls to face the whole thing.
I perceive this company as- MAKE THE WORK BUT DO NOT EXPECT PAYMENT FROM US.
Now the lawyer and the Bailiff's Office are in charge of everything.
