When I visited Prague (Praha), I decided to get a tattoo of an abstract design on my back. I chose to go to Bronx Ink Praha because of their good reviews. I showed my tattoo artist a picture of the line work I wanted, and while everyone at the tattoo parlor was very friendly, the quality of my tattoo was horrible. The lines were wobbly and after a few days the ink didn't connect at some points. I've had that tattoo fixed and elaborated on since then so I know it isn't a problem of my skin not retaining tattoo ink. This error could have been reconciled by refunding me, which would have partially covered the expense of me fixing the piece. I reached out to Bronx Ink Praha, and got them to agree to refund me some of the money I paid (after they did their best to avoid responsibility for their permanent mistake). They asked that I give them my IBAN number for the transfer, but I explained to them that American banks (like mine) don't have IBAN numbers. So I requested that they send a refund using a wire transfer, SWIFT key, a third party app, or just find another way (maybe a check would work?). But they told me those options wouldn't do and they couldn't refund me any other way. About a year later I made a New Year's resolution to pursue getting the refund that I was promised. I was able to find an IBAN number through my brokerage firm so I reached out a couple times to Bronx Ink Praha, using the same email as we had conversed on last time. I told them I had found a way to have an IBAN number for my refund, but I have yet to receive a response…As a little cherry on top, they quoted their hourly price (in front of my friends, employees, customers) as being 80-100€/hour, but after 2 hours, when it was just me and the artist alone closing up for the night, I was charged 320€ (and I tipped because I was gullible). Ultimately, the consequence for refusing to work with me is that I just plan on telling the public. You should know that they're like this sometimes.

My girlfriend and I were on a city trip in Prague and decided to get a tattoo together. It was for both of us out first tattoo. We immediately felt welcome when we entered inside. The people who work there were very friendly. Since we didn't know a lot about getting a tattoo, they explained us in detail about everything before and after the tattoo was done. We were given the information about the treatment on paper. On top of that they gave us some cultural tips about Prague. We couldn't have wished for a better first tattoo experience! We're still both very happy about the result!

great atmosphere. very flexible staff, we visited spontaneously and he stayed after closing hours just for us. the tattoos and prices are really good. would 100% recommend!

Great shop; super clean & friendly, knowledgeable staff designed my tattoo on the spot, better than I had imagined. So happy I chose this place, it was a reasonable price for my Prague souvenir tattoo. (Photo is not quite fair- the second skin patch is on)
