★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility was clean, the staff was fast working and fun. They were very helpful in designing a tattoo idea as well as making recommendations for changes that might work. Yet they were open to what was best for me. Good detail and a clean tattoo. The artist themselves were also very clean and kept conscience eye on everything they did to maintain a clean area.

It was fast and when I felt a little dizzy afterwards they took good care of me.
Also no waiting lines which was nice surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in and got a piercing here, they were very friendly, very well informed, walked me through my options and informed me of all precautions and after care instructions.
The guy who did my piercing was gentle, very quick and professional. Would come back here again for another piercing or a tat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday, asking to get a piercing. The woman who did the piercings said (in good English) she had several customers waiting, but to come back at 6 or make an appointment for another day. I came back at 6, and got the piercing done quickly and cleanly. The price was very reasonable, and I was given good follow-up instructions on paper in English. I don't, however, recommend you walk in at 6 pm and ask to have a custom tattoo done, like another couple I saw when I was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last monday I had my tattoo done. I didn't have an appointment and no design, but luckily for me someone didn't show up so Iva had time to help me. We discussed the design and about 2 hours later she had an amazing design made for me. She made sure I was happy with the design and was very open for suggestions. She also worked those out great. I sat in the chair for 3 hours. Iva said that her English was terrible but I don't agree at all. We talked a lot and had fun. She took her time doing my tattoo and I am glad she did because I am very happy with the result! Thank you so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not like to attitude of the employee. Would I go again no! Can I say something about their work quality also no! But This is a service job,you don't do anything for free so better to see some smiling and welcoming face. Besides they don't accept card, finding cash is your problem for them
