T	The Green Woodpecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious food and very fair prices! We ordered a plate for 2, with a lot of different meat and each type of meat was just perfekt on point! Also the sides werde super delicious! Nice atmosphere and very friendly service as well!
R	Rico Wallich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant with a medieval flair. The meals we had were very delicious and the meat was prepared to the point you ordered. Definitely worth a visit when you are around in town. Important to mention, they have one "normal" restaurant on the ground floor, and the medieval one is in the basement. We have tried both, and both of them are equally good. The guy in the upper restaurant just loves his job and helps you to make the right choices. Recommended after a good meal is the unfiltered version of Becherovka with a small ice ?!

The meat was a bit overcooked though, and the amount of the "2+" menu was definitely too much for two. Overall I recommend this place. Note that there are two entrances leading to different rooms. The underground one is the one on the left in the smaller street.
R	Roman Lymariev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem of Old Town. Nice cozy medieval-themed tavern in the basement. Garlic soup, goulash and roasted duck are super delicious and affordable. Pay a visit, you won't regret.

We were the only ones there. The sausage was lovely. For main my 9 year old wanted the chicken in breadcrumbs. He loved it and left nothing. We then ordered the sharing platter and was advised it should be enough for 3 ppl as one was a child. Overall the food was very good. The waiter came over and had us try other foods ( was not charged for this). Overall was a great experience and would highly recommend. Cost was around £50, with 2 drinks each.

I personally suggest ordering the duck, a real surprise, so tasty And the roasted potatoes were to die for! Definitely in the Prague bucket list. See you again

Per recommendation from the hotel front desk receptionist, I decided to come here. I ordered a starter of the chicken noodle soup where chicken and vegetables were served in a rich chicken broth. Then I ordered the rabbit. It is not common for me to order rabbit, however, it was another recommendation. The rabbit was served with a green seaweed type vegetable along with a red cabbage and potatoes. It was definitely interesting. I had soda to drink. I would recommend this restaurant. I give it 4/5 stars because I tried something new, and didn't exactly fall in love with the rabbit. However, it was prepared quite nicely.

We had the a platter for 2, roasted duck (they mean by that half of duck being served), and spinach stuffed chicken. No one will prepare you for the amount of food they serve per portion. Food was nicely cooked. There are a lot of meaty options on the menu. Actually most of the menu is quite meaty. Beer was good and cheap. We had a very good time. Totally worth it.
