★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podvodnícka cestovná kancelária s neexistujúcimi službami. Popis hotela v Bulharsku, Colosseum s 4*+ nezodpovedá realite. Neviem či tu niekedy nejaký delegát CK bol, pretože my sme ho nevideli, ale asi nie. Po prílete si nájdite autobus sami, s pomedzi desiatok ďalších... autobusy samozrejme neoznačené a musíte sa pýtať Bulharských šoférov, ktorí krútia hlavami opačne, či je to váš autobus.
Hotel štvorniezdičkový plus, má maximálne len to + a hviezdičky žiadne. Klimatizované izby síce sú, ale klíma nefunguje, wifi síce je, ale nefunguje, strava, údajne all inclusive je vlastne plná penzia, ktorá sa nedá žrať! Výťahy sú pre celý hotel len 2, z toho jeden, prekvapivo, nefunguje. Tzv. lobby bar je na parkovisku a o 21:30 je všetko zatvorené, takže ak si chcete posedieť a využívať all inclusive, tak seďte na izbe a užívajte vodu zo supermarketu oproti.
Po prvom dni by sme sa už najradšej vrátili. Pri plánovaní sa vyhnite Bulharsku a CK Solvex, ušetríte peniaze a zažijete viac muziky. Výber a prezentácia hotelov, ktoré ponúkajú je zavádzajúci a klamlivý.

I don't know if there was ever a CK delegate here, because we didn't see him, but probably not. Upon arrival, find the bus yourself, with among dozens of other ... buses unchecked, of course, and you have to ask the Bulgarian drivers, who are shaking their heads the other way around, if it's your bus.
The hotel has a four-star plus, it has a maximum of only that + and no stars at all. The air-conditioned rooms are, but the climate does not work, wifi is, but it does not work, food, allegedly all inclusive is actually full board, which can not be eaten! There are only 2 lifts for the whole hotel, one of which, surprisingly, does not work. The so-called The lobby bar is in the car park and everything is closed at 21:30, so if you want to sit and enjoy all inclusive, sit in your room and enjoy the water from the supermarket opposite.
We would like to return after the first day. When planning, avoid Bulgaria and Solvex Travel Agency, save money and experience more music. The selection and presentation of the hotels they offer is misleading and misleading.
