We have been traveling with the A21 for several years, we have traveled almost all their destinations. Every year we love their ski trips to both Dachstein and Saalbach Hinterglam. Sometimes we drive ourselves by car, if we go bunch, we use their buses. Everything super-delegate, accommodation and skiing. It is a pity that the weather cannot be ordered. They also have amazing stay / sightseeing tours to France, especially the Côte d'Azur, they are really soaked - amazing guidebook, new luxury Sister buses ... always everything goes well, I can definitely recommend A21

Advent Vienna with travel agency A21 our experience with this travel agency was the first and certainly the last and we certainly do not recommend this travel to anyone! We wanted to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere of Vienna and in the finals it was the worst choice we had to make. Taking it nicely from the beginning information to the tour wrote that they have to arrive at least 5 days before departure went on Saturday came after the urgency on Tuesday I think that if we did not urgently maybe we do not even now. After opening the information the first thing we were surprised was that the delegate was not actually going from the first departure point of the tour to check in and get in the middle even though we were still restricted by our clients in communication with her, could not call. Leaving the first station at 3:45 am I do not think from the human point of view that we ask Mr. Sokol to stop us in the toilet. Despite the fact that he vulgarly replied that if we can't stand it, we shouldn't go anywhere! Obviously, Mr. Sokol and Mrs. Nováková had to choose the last gas station in front of the border, because on the way really other gas stations where there were not so many tourists in the direction of Vienna were not. Although I did not plan to take a bus, but in the end things changed. everything was fine until today when I wanted to arrange transport individually, so I wrote out a booking form. During this time, I found a number for the lady with whom I was dealing with the whole holiday, so I wanted to call her about the transport. In the meantime, a lady called me and said that I was about to call the lady who arranged my vacation, let alone the answer was: "I'm the only one here over the traffic, so go with whom you want to dry." When I told her that I had arranged a holiday through you, she kept saying the same thing and didn't even let me make an appointment. So for the next time, the lady should think about whether her choice of profession was the right one. Then I resolved it with Mrs. Adámková, who was the complete opposite of the lady.

After a long time, my family and I decided to go on holiday to Croatia by bus, it was at the last minute, in a beautiful destination and for good money, so why not? But from the very beginning there were complications with the driver, when my father, who did not come with us and wanted to say goodbye, said, "let your father not touch the window or break his legs" "you had enough time to say goodbye, now get on bus ”was eternally arrogant and very annoying. Before leaving, they did not check whether all the passengers were on the bus, which led to them forgetting one girl in Ostrava. Furthermore, the journey was smooth. I can't complain about the accommodation or the environment, it was beautiful. The lady of the house treated us immediately upon arrival with grapes, figs, cherries and homemade elderberry lemonade. Beaches half empty but beautiful. Breakfast and dinner at a fairly decent level. The trips were also great, I highly recommend trying rafting on the river Cetina. But of course the complications occurred again on departure. The older lady, who was alone on holiday with a small child, was hauling her suitcases, and the drivers didn't help her, and the only thing they told her was to move. When she asked them if they had not found a children's blue hat on the bus on the way to Croatia, the arrogance that we were surprised by the drivers again occurred. To be precise, I quote: Mrs.: "Hello, I just want to ask if you happened to find a little blue hat on the bus." Driver: "no, but that's your problem" P: "Okay, I just wanted to ask" Ø: "well, you shouldn't have checked it" The lady was very polite even after pulling her suitcases herself, and the driver treated her like this. Fortunately, there was a nice delegate, to whom the hat was brought by one of the drivers, brought to the lady. To sum it up ... Holidays, environment, accommodation and hospitality 5 * out of 5 *, but for an arrogant driver who, in my opinion, should intend to change jobs when this one obviously doesn't enjoy 4 * out of 5 *. Next time, I'm going to consider my own transportation, rather than having my vacation ruined by a grumbling guy right from the start.

With travel CK A21 Holidays s.r.o. I went on tour for the first time and definitely for the last time. The organization of the whole trip to the Netherlands (Flower Promenade and Keukenhof) was tragic. I really didn't understand why we had secured accommodation about 200 km from Amsterdam and other tour points, so we had to spend at least 4-6 hours of extra time a day on the bus. We arrived at the hotel before eleven in the evening! We missed a few points of the program at all, and even with Květový korz it was quite tense. I'm not even talking about visiting Keukenhof Park, where we were released earlier in good faith, but the ticket booked our tickets for 6.30 pm, which is an hour before closing time! An extra stop (as compensation for a missed program) in Limburg, Germany, everything just arrived, because thanks to it, the arrival time to the individual cities was shifted and no one managed to make a single connection! No one has responded to the email you sent so far. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this trip !!!
