Po měsíci jsem urgovala přes mail zda opraveny již jsou bez odpovědi.
Volala jsem tedy a pan mi sdělil že již jsou a hodinky pošle, bohužel se tak nestalo a uběhli další tři týdny tak jsem se upomenula e-mailem a opět bez odpovědi.
Takže jsem bez hodinek, do dnešního dne, za mě neprofesionální přístup.
I found the company to repair the watch glass where I sent the watch.
After a month, I urged via e-mail whether the repairs were already unanswered.
So I called and Mr. told me that they are already and will send the watch, unfortunately it did not happen and another three weeks passed so I reminded myself by e-mail and again without answering.
So I'm without a watch, to this day, for me an unprofessional approach.
