Firma a pan majitel na mě na první pohled působili velmi seriózně, a proto jsem zde nakoupil i za cenu vyšší (tady cca 4000 Kč a přes jinou firmu přes e-shop ty samé hodinky můžete zakoupit za 3000 Kč). Ovšem při prvním problému po roce, od zakoupení hodinek byl problém. Na hodinkách od značky BERING se po roce “vyšisovala” barva ze zlaté do stříbrné. Chápu, že to nemusí být zcela problém této firmy, ale samotného výrobce, avšak chování při řešení reklamace mi nepřišlo adekvátní. Reklamaci jsme posílali celkem 2x, přičemž po první reklamaci nás firma odkázala ať si řešíme reklamaci sami se společností GOLDTIME a.s. Při první reklamaci mě zase paní na reklamační list zapomněla napsat datum reklamace, o které jsem si musel zažádat zpětně. Paní na reklamaci nám také říkala, že má také hodinky, které se hned zničily a tak je to asi normální, a ať to tedy asi také neřešíme? Dále nám také říkala, že reklamace jinému pánovi trvala přes 30 dnů, a ať s tím když tak počítáme (toto se nakonec nestalo). Firma tvrdí, že jsme si hodinky zničili mechanickým opotřebení o stůl při psaní. Toto tvrzení fakt nechápu. S hodinkami se tedy nemůže psát? Hodinky nebyly nošené na ruce kterou se píše a byly skoro vždy zakryté svetrem. Mrzí mě, že obě firmy si rádi vezmou peníze za zboží, ale pak se nepostaví k problému. Nedoporučuji ani tuto firmu, a ani značku hodinek BERING. Problém budeme řešit dalším způsobem. The behavior of this company really disappointed me. I understand that it may not be a problem of the company itself, but the manufacturer itself, but the behavior in dealing with complaints did not seem adequate. We sent the complaint a total of 2 times, and after the first complaint the company left us to deal with the complaint ourselves with the company GOLDTIME a.s. At the first complaint, the lady forgot to write a complaint letter the date of the complaint, which I had to apply retroactively. The complainant also told us that she also has a watch that was immediately destroyed, and so it is probably normal, so let's not deal with it either? She also told us that the complaint to another gentleman lasted over 30 days, and let's count on it (this did not happen). The company claims that we destroyed our watch by mechanical wear on the desk as we type. I really do not understand this statement. So he can't write with a watch? The watch was not worn on the writing hand and was almost always covered with a sweater. I regret that both companies like to take money for goods, but then they do not face the problem. I do not recommend this company or the brand BERING. We will solve the problem in another way.
