(můžu tady jmenovat spoustu negativních privlastků a pořád to bude málo) personál jsem nikde jinde nepotkala. Líné dámy, co drží v ruce mobil a nemají zájem o zákazníka. Vyhněte se obloukem, je to ostuda pandory a divím se, že s tím někdo něco nedělá. Objednávám přes net, protože vidět tyto ani ne tuctové prodavačky je za trest!!!!! I can't help but agree with the others. So disgusting, unprofessional, bored, poisoned .... (I can name a lot of negative attributes here and it will still be few) I have not met the staff anywhere else. Lazy ladies holding a cell phone in their hand and not interested in the customer. Avoid the arch, it's a disgrace to the Pandora, and I'm surprised someone isn't doing anything about it. I order via the net, because seeing these not even a dozen saleswomen is a punishment !!!!!
D	Daniel Slavík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochota prodavaček pomoci s výběrem či jinak poradit je tak "vysoká", že by bylo lepší jet někam jinam než v HK ztrácet čas. Pokud již máte dopředu vybráno, věřím že by byl nákup velice rychlý a vše by bylo OK. Ale pokud nevíte, chcete si vybrat na prodejně, doporučuji si raději zajet do jiné prodejny, kde bude personál určitě ochotnější než tyhle 2 nádhery. The reluctance of the saleswomen to help with the selection or otherwise advise is so "high" that it would be better to go somewhere else than to waste time in HK. If you have already chosen in advance, I believe that the purchase would be very fast and everything would be OK. But if you don't know, you want to choose at the store, I recommend you go to another store, where the staff will definitely be more willing than these 2 beauties.
V	Veronika Kuřátková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minulý týden jsem navštívila obchod Pandora HK, ohledně výměny náramku - dostala jsem ho dárkem a byl mi veliký. V obchodě byly dvě prodavačky, starší blonďatá paní a mladá bruneta. Myslela jsem si, že obě ženy jsou zde zaměstnané, aby zákazníkům poradily. Takže jsem čekala, že dostanu radu, zda si mám náramek opravdu vyměnit za menší, zda se pod tíhou klipů vytáhne atd. Jejich odpověď mě tedy zakončila. Bylo mi řečeno, že všem říkají, že náramek má být tak a tak, ale ať si řeknu sama co chci, že ony tam od toho nejsou a nevědí. Když mi má sestra říkala , abych si ho za menší vyměnila, že se mi pod tíhou klipů vytáhne(sama ho má), tak blonďatá prodavačka na ní vyštěkla, že se k tomu neumí chovat. Poprosila jsem je o výměnu za menší náramek, paní mi hned řekla, že menší nemají. Zajímalo mě, co mám tedy dělat, když výměnu chci. Blond paní prodavačka mi sdělila, že mi ho tedy stáhne z jiné prodejny, ale budu na něj 14dni čekat - vážně super.. Má sestra požádala o vyčištění náramku, na který na nárok. Tentokrát bruneta protočila oči, když viděla, že náramek je plný. Spustila na ní, že to bude více hodinu trvat a další tisíc důvodu, proč by se na čištění měla vykašlat. Pandoru HK hodnotím negativně a příště raději pojedu 200km za ochotným personálem, než jet kilometrů 30 a koukat na otrávené prodavačky. Last week I visited the Pandora HK store about exchanging a bracelet - I got it as a gift and it was great for me. There were two saleswomen in the store, an elderly blonde lady and a young brunette. I thought both women were employed here to advise customers. So I expected to get advice on whether to really exchange the bracelet for a smaller one, whether it will pull out under the weight of the clips, etc. So their answer ended me. I was told that they were telling everyone that the bracelet was supposed to be like this and that, but let me tell you what I wanted, that they weren't there and didn't know. When my sister told me to exchange it for a smaller one, that he would pull out under the weight of the clips (she has it herself), then the blonde saleswoman barked at her that she couldn't behave. I asked them to exchange them for a smaller bracelet, the lady immediately told me that they did not have smaller ones. So I was wondering what to do if I wanted an exchange. The blonde saleswoman told me that she would withdraw it from another store, but I would be waiting for it for 14 days - really great .. My sister asked to clean the bracelet she is entitled to. This time the brunette rolled her eyes when she saw that the bracelet was full. She told her that it would take more than an hour and another thousand reasons why she should cough up cleaning. I rate Pandora HK negatively and next time I would rather drive 200 km to the helpful staff than drive 30 kilometers and watch the poisoned saleswomen.

I do not agree with negative reviews. Today I visited this store and I left very satisfied. I was served by a manager and I had no problem.

Hrůza, nejhorší personál, nepříjemný a arogantní to jsem neviděl.1 hvězda, protože míň dát nejde. I experienced a lot of annoyed saleswomen, but this was such an unpleasant visit to Pandora.
