Byla postavena v letech 1936-1937 rakovnickým stavitelem Vopršalem podle plánů pražského architekta Zímy. Na stavbu byly použity cihly ze zbořených budov zrušeného dolu Kateřina. Slavnostní otevření sokolovny se uskutečnilo 13. června 1937. Chloubou nové sokolovny je opona s alegorií sokolství.
You will find the Sokol House building walking from the train station to the center of the village approximately half way on the right side. It was built in 1936-1937 by a Rakovník builder Vopršal according to the plans of the Prague architect Zíma. The building was built with bricks from the demolished buildings of the abolished Kateřina mine. The opening ceremony of the Sokol festival took place on June 13, 1937. The house's pride is the curtain with the allegory of Sokol movement.
