D	Darragh O Meara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive compared to restaurants in Prague 5. Burger bun was burnt. Burger was well done despite wanting medium rare. Girlfriend got hawaiin pizza. Dough was okay. Toppings poor. Very little sauce, pineapple was hard and tasteless and ham was from packet luncheon roll. Very poor
T	Turgut Üresin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never recomended. Foods are not bed. However all the portion prices are not in the menu. For example only small size burger pricess are in the menu. Medium and large are not. They will add extra prices in the bill. There is no any credit card opportunity and also rhere is no any sign about it. When you want to invoice, they just say cash crz or euro. Finally the exchange ratio is very low.

There should be something saying it on or at least the waitress Theresa could have told us in advance. They treated me and my boyfriend in the worst way possible, including locking the door while he went to the atm to get some cash. Seriously? Just because we only had debit card there is no reason for treating us like that. Never coming back
L	Lauri L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was below par. The worst thing was that my wife ordered a ceasar salad with salmon, but she couldn't eat it. The fish was old or otherwise not edible. We couldn't eat the salad. I have eaten salmon all over the world and even fished it myself, so I know how it tastes when it is ok. The waitress didn't agree. I don't leave edible food on the table, because I like to eat. We didn't get any discount or anything. I felt just betrayed. This was the worst restaurant I have been in a while. The name "burger grill" of course should have been a warning sign, but my 2 year old kid loves french fries so the decision to eat there was made too fast. Maybe the burgers are ok, but I didn't try them. Made me feel bad, especially since the prices were very touristicly high. Strongly recommend to avoid this "restaurant" and go to any other place since it can't be worse.

I’d recommend looking at the reviews on tripadvisor, these seem to be more accurate. For my girlfriend and I, however, our problems were almost entirely in the service. Laughing and smiling patronisingly when I ordered my food (which was undercooked), the lady serving us would roll her eyes every time she left our table. Moreover, for a restaurant very close to one of the most popular tourist attractions in the city to not take card payments is beyond preposterous, I advise preparation for this, you are not warned. Overall, the food wasn’t good, the service was the worst one could experience and this disastrous time ruined a perfect birthday. The place may look good from the outside, but please, do your stomachs and wallets a favour and stay away.

But the waitress insisted to accept cash only after we finishing the meal. Apart from the 15% tax , she added 10% service charge on the bill BY HERSELF (most restaurants do not have this charge on the bill) 2 ) BAD service and very RUDE. We asked for pasta before entering the restaurant , but then she told NO such food when we did the order. Wrong order taking for other food without apologies and change . 3) after we complaint , she took back the original bill and then refuse to give back. Feel like cheating. !! The most worst restaurant that we came across in Prugue . If I could , I would rate it zero star or negative.
A	Ann Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was really poor. It was pitty we hadn't check feedbacks before entering. Pizza was extremely expensive related to the quality. It costs around 10€ but seems to be defrosted. We hadn't got plates, when i asked for olive, waiter responded they did't have... lemonade from syrop, cash payment only. Definitely no recommend...
