★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minulý rok jsem od tohoto dealera zakoupil nový motocykl Benelli 302s.Nejen že nedovezli moto zabalené,ale navíc byl použitý s najetými 30ti km.
Ani se neobtěžovali ho umýt a zamaskovat otisk kde byla na řidítkách navigace.Navic se ohanel nejakym zakonem,ze na novem motocyklu mohou dle zajina najet cca 19km.Slyšim prvně.Domluvili jsme se,že to nechám být a pán slíbil,že první garančku budu mít zdarma.Od minulého roku se dožaduji náhradní servisní knihy,mou vinou se mi při stěhování ztratila.Vubec nereagují na mou komunikaci přes wats app,ačkoli se mnou touto formou také komunikovali.Nyni jsem je prosil o kod zelene barvy a opět žadná reakce.Prostě mě velice zklamali a už bych si u nich nekoupil ani šroubek.
Snad pan alespoň dodrži slovo a garančku platit nebudu.
Last year, I bought a new Benelli 302s motorcycle from this dealer. Not only did they not bring the motorcycle packed, but it was also used with a mileage of 30 km.
They didn't even bother to wash it and disguise the imprint where the navigation was on the handlebars. have been requesting a replacement service book since last year. They just disappointed me a lot and I wouldn't buy a screw from them anymore.
At least Mr. keep my word and I will not pay the guarantee.
