Kavárna vznikla v sousedství rodného domu Mikuláše Dačického a již dlouhá léta zavedené restaurace Dačický. Prostor těží z propojení středověké historie budovy (s jedenadvacetimetrovým dřevěným trámem z dob Karla IV.) a moderního designu plného skla a kovu.
