★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A total institution, but service is HORRIBLE. The hostess should understand that she is the face that welcomes the guests. If she’s rude and disrespectful, that will literally ruin your experience. The place is amazing just based on the decoration but honestly would not come back with such an unwelcoming attitude. Waiters were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by locals. It was fairly difficult to book as the reputation is real good, though we still managed to get a seat in the last minute. Beautiful restaurant serves traditional Czech food and European dishes. The duck confit was beautiful and the onion soup was surprisingly a hidden gem.

Food: decent and standard egg Benedict, supreme hollandaise sauce. Hash brown was sssooo good and creamy, texture almost like egg.. Bacon felt like the leftover from breakfast buffet, tough but not crispy, not delicious at all. Sausages were very mediocre. Why not get some good sausages to serve??
Drinks: pretty good coffee. Milkshake was awesome and so creamy! One of the best milkshake I’ve ever had!!
Service: very professional.
Decoration: fancy, moorish-style.
Reservation: we made reservation for 10:30am on a Sunday in mid-Feb, it was quite empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely atmosphere, with friendly waiters and delicious food. One of my favorite places in Prague to dine, have coffee, or enjoy the Art Deco decor. Service is top notch but would like to see more local specialties where the chef really shows his talents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good, service is great, the setting is nice and the atmosphere is a little noisy, but still great. However there was something missing for me in the dishes: the little personal touch that makes it amazing and unique…
It’s a little expensive but the place is very pretty.
Be careful on the note, as they might charge you a 10% service fee that is not compulsory.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Food and drinks arrived in good time.
The breakfasts were nice, but the sausages are not traditional English style, more.smoked sausage, and were extremely tough to cut, a steak knife would have been better.
English tea also does not come with milk, and the hot chocolate is delicious but more of a syrup consistency.
Recommend the Imperial Breakfast it's quite filling but everything compliments one another.
Traditional tables and decor very beautiful and despite the high ceilings surprisingly warm atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really beautiful place with classy interior design. Perfect for a lovely dinner. The food they serve is indeed of top quality. I could easily recommend all the dishes we had there - starters, the main courses and my dessert. They don't even need any particular description, but I can really recommend our main dishes, the veal cheeks and the beef Wellington, they were beautifully done, super delicious. The service is first class as well, friendly and professional. If you want an exclusive experience, this is the place for you.
