★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst restaurant ever. Went in there and none of them wanted to serve or accomodate us. The staff are extremely rude and do not know the basics of being a waiter. I dont even know why they have their restaurant open if they dont want to serve people. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

We waited a long time for the food to arrive. Like 20 or 30 minutes. The food was great but nothing extraordinary.
The service is terrible.
The worst part of our experience there is the check that they give you.
They charge you with things that you didn't even ordered. They "suggest" a 12% tip that they basically demand. We already gave them a tip and when we told them that we are not giving them another extra tip they were really rude and basically said that we should never go there again. I visited a lot of restaurants in Prague and the experience was always really nice. This was just horrible and disappointing.It is a tourist trap and they're no better that thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very nice. Their English wasn't the best, but mixed with German we all understood each other. The food was amazing and the beer was great. The big plates were more than enough for a hungry traveler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new management and staff were terrific! Do not pay attention to the previous reviews (it was under the previous owner). The food was great, the service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and cheerful. The location is quieter than the touristy areas which was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for any meal (one of the best breakfast experiences on my European trip)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place for breakfast, and unfortunately is overpriced for what is offering. I had eggs Benedict, it had only one egg, over cooked, the sauce was ok and the price 345 czk!! I asked for a glass of tap water and a waiter said they don't have.... The late cafe was ok. The place was really busy and I felt sorry for the employees as they were running up and down. Overall, place is a touristic trap and I would recommend to avoid it
