Jsme MeatEater. Soustředíme se primárně na přípravu a servis toho nejlepšího hovězího masa. I v oblasti vepřového však máme vlastní, velice úspěšné recepty. Za přípravou masa je, stejně jako v jakémkoli jiném řemesle na mistrovské úrovni, obrovské množství studia, zkoušení, tréninku a neustálé učení se a zlepšování svých dovedností. V naší restauraci si vychutnáte jídla, která získala nejvyšší ocenění na evropských i světových soutěžích. Hlavní zásluhu na tom má grill master a pit master, Daniele Govoni, který se však obvykle skromně představuje větou: “No, už jsem nějaký ten steak připravil.”

We were lucky enough to stumble upon this place. The food is incredible, the staff are passionate about steak and very knowledgeable. Definitely try the burnt pork belly, it is out of this world. Don't be afraid to ask for a recommendation, the staff know what they are doing and want to help.

I’d give 6 ⭐️ to this place if I could. It’s tucked in a quaint little street and just goes to show you it’s a diamond in the rough. A pearl! The meat did not disappoint. In fact it’s one of the best ? I’ve had in about a year. Try the “worlds best” you won’t be disappointed. Our server was super professional, informative, and attentive. The chef even came out to greet us, which was really nice to meet this culinary genius. The “Worlds Best” was so good we ordered a second steak to see the difference and he made a sirloin come out as soft as a filet. The sides and sauces. The Primitivo out waiter recommended was fantastic as well just too bad I didn’t take a pic. All delicious ?. Coming back here very soon. Hope y’all enjoy.

Probably the best steak in Prague. Dinner is an experience, we've got a few appetizers as a freebie. Everything was top notch including the service. Kitchen is behind glass but open so you can see the magic happening too. Its on the expensive side but i regret nothing and will come back. I definitely recommend.

Best meat in Prague. A great experience, very personal and great flavours. The pork belly ends are amazing, you should try. Would like to have Argentinian or Chilean wines besides the Italian they offer.

We had dinner at MeatEater Steak and Wine last night. What an incredible experience! Best food we have had on any of our many travels, and we have been to many many cities all over the world (> 40). The T-bone steak my husband had was from its presentation to the taste just absolutely incredible! My own pork belly starter and asparagus soup (main) - well, I have no words to describe the delicious flavours! The service was excellent, the wine perfect. And the desert to top off an incredible meal was the best I had ever had. Yes, it was that good. This place is a must for any serious food lover. who is lucky enough to be in beautiful Prague

It was amazing evening thanks to this restaurant! The staff are doing there best to satisfy the customers. The service is of the highest standard! The meat is unbelievably delicious. I have ate in many very high rated restaurants, and this restaurant became very high in my list, one of the best if not the best. A very elegant and pleasant restaurant. Pretty expensive, but worth every penny! Extremely delicious meat! Very well done. Unforgettable experience!!!

The experience wasn’t only good or amazing. It was straight phenomenal, unbelievable, fantastic and amazing. First the highly skilled waiters who know the whole menu not only by heart, but they know every single Ingredient in every dish they serve. After the amazing introduction we ordered the food. Now I love to eat. My rule of thumb is, when the food is good I am satisfied. So technically I shouldn’t be satisfied from this food, because this food, this food was on an other level of good, it was beyond delicious. The starters were an explosion of tastes. Exactly thought through for every last taste bud. Then the Meat, THE MEAT. so tender, juicy and above all so unbelievably delicious.( the only thing, that could go into the slightly negative way, is that the filet mignon medium well was deliciously flavoured but a little dry.) I highly respect and agree with their policy ” Supreme meat deserves to be handled with supreme tools”. My mind was absolutely blown, when they gave every guest a Damascus knife. I know how expensive and highly qualitative these knives are. And oh my the meat was supreme. It was like an orchestra of tastes all playing together wonderfully to create the best taste you will ever taste. Now last but definitely not least, THE DESSERT. This was with absolutely no doubt THE BEST dessert I’ve ever eaten. It was like something straight out of a baking TV show. Not too sweet and well balanced, even the dessert was a culinary wonder. For the overall experience and atmosphere: The atmosphere was pleasant. I immediately felt like an celebrity eating at a michellin star restaurant somewhere in Las Vegas. For the wines I personally couldn’t experience them, but the rest of my companions said only good things. I had an orange drink though, and it was to no surprise delicious. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, meat lovers or not. If you enter, and you aren’t a meat eater yet, you’ll sure leave as one!

Good restaurant in the heart of Prague. The atmosphere is very comfortable and on will truly enjoy dining here. Service is professional, although for my taste a notch too eager on upselling, e.g. getting us a 800g instead of desired 700g, but that is negligible.The wine recommendation was excellent. As for the food I must admit we were a little disappointed. The overall quality is certainly fine and the amuse bouche and starters were very good - the tartar especially, the duck dumplings were just good. However, for a steak restaurant we unfortunately got rather unfortunate with the meat. We had the Sashi AAA Ribeye which unfortunately had too many chewy parts in it for the price (2600 kc for 800g), other than that the taste was excellent. The chef (owner I presume) asked us how we liked it but did not seem to actually care and was rather saying that this is just how it is with meat. All in all a fine evening but unfortunately not convincing enough in terms of price/value proposition.
