★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Možná pěkně vypadající, ale nekvalitní materiál výrobků, předražené. Navíc, zákaznický servis zcela nefunguje, neobjektivní neuznávání reklamací.
 Maybe a nice looking, but poor quality product material, overpriced. In addition, customer service does not work completely, biased non-recognition of complaints.

Reklamaci nepřijmou ani když nebyly punčochy vůbec zkoušené, začnou na vás s tím, že jste je ale určitě z balíčku alespoň povytahovali, absolutně neadekvátní argument a navíc ony samy když něco kupujete punčochy z balíčku vytahují a ukazují. Hrozné jednání a navíc jsou arogantní!
Terrible approach of the saleswomen! They do not accept complaints even if the stockings have not been tested at all, they start with you, but you certainly at least pulled them out of the package, an absolutely inadequate argument, and they themselves pull and show the stockings when they buy something. Terrible behavior and moreover they are arrogant!
