★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radši nic nekupovat, koupil jsem tam telefon který jsem musel již 5x reklamovat a na prodejně se k tomu staví naprosto flegmaticky. přitom jsou ty závady naprosto viditelné.
I prefer not to buy anything, I bought a phone there, which I had to complain 5x and the store to it is totally phlegmatic. at the same time, the faults are clearly visible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všechno ok, vyzvednutí zboží vyřízeno během chviličky, stejně tak vrácení. Akorát při vracení zboží dávají zpět peníze v hotovosti, nehledě na to, jak bylo zboží placeno.
Everything ok, pick up the goods settled in a moment, as well as returns. They just give the money back when they return the goods, no matter how the goods were paid for.

Saleswoman annoying and without knowledge. Basically, she didn't even advise me on my question about the product I bought here. Next time, maybe I'll be lucky with someone more erudite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people in the store are great but the company itself is anything but. Bought a washing machine from them that was defective on the first day and it took a month to remedy the problem. I got a great deal buying a washer and dryer so they took the washer back and refused to replace it. I had to buy another one somewhere else for 5000kc more. I also ordered another item and it was supposed to be in stock 2 weeks ago.
