Pokaždé se ozve automat, že budete čekat déle než 10 min. Internet mi spravili s tím, že si opravu musím zaplatit sám. Tedy 99 Kč. Protože modem je můj, ale zvláštní, že přístup mají k němu jen oni. Beztak je tam nějaké kazítko. Teď mi nezbývá nic jiného, než připojení od 02 zrušit a zkusit něco jiného, protože je to děs. 02 a pevný internet od něj, rozhodně nemohu nikomu doporučit. Po 14 dnech samozřejmě telefon nebyl tak jsem zašel do opravny aby zjistil že na prodejně O2 telefon ležel 11 dní aniž by ho odeslali. Snaží se pouze lidi oblbnout takového operátora Již nikdy více skončil jsem u nich nadobro Here he only tries to take money out of people. Dne 21.4. cca v 10.00 druhý stoleček odprava s cedulkou Guru-velmi příjemný mladík, poradil,odinstaloval nějaké věci, vysvětlil další.Kdyby takto jednali 2x předtím, nemusela bych víckrát jezdit.
