★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dost předražené veci a personál si lidí taky moc nevšímá , když chci pomoc poradit tak si pro ty prodavače musim dojit a zjistim že o produktu neví o nic víc než ja ,Tudiz to elektro beru spise jako samoobsluhu z pokladníkem !!!
Quite overpriced things and the staff doesn't pay much attention to people, when I want to help you, I have to milk for the sellers and find out that they know nothing more about the product than I do, so I take it electro as a self-service technician !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst experience in Czech Republic. I ordered a protective glass with delivery to this store in order to put it on mobile with their service. After they did it there were plenty of bubbles. The consultant (Vojtěch Micka) said they will disappear. I asked to remove the bubbles. Eventually he destroyed the protective glass and returned the money. This procedure was tough and unpleasant. The staff is not interested to help or at least to do their job properly.
Result: removed my previous protective glass, waisted time and efforts. No excuses. They just confirmed, they can't do this "hard job" properly.
Disappointment and definitely not recommending.
