★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím sem často a jídlo bylo vždy výborné ale dnes jsem byla teda zklamaná. Dala jsem si pho polévku a hovězí maso bylo naprosto tuhé, že se nedalo ani pokousat a nudle byly snad nějaké zkažené, byly úplně slizké ale zároveň nedovarene. No dnes jsem si bohužel nepochutnala, pouze na vývaru.
 I come here often and the food has always been great, but today I was disappointed. I had pho soup and the beef was absolutely stiff that it was impossible to bite and the noodles were probably spoiled, they were completely slimy but at the same time uncooked. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy today, only the broth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polévky a sushi jsou výborné, ostatní jídla jsou taková průměrná česko-vietnamska klasika. Ale je to sázka na jistotu, za slušné peníze se dobře a rychle najíte aniž byste riskovali otravu jídlem (vše bylo vždy čerstvé, dobře uvařené, kuchyně je otevřená).
The soups and sushi are excellent, the other dishes are such an average Czech-Vietnamese classic. But it's a safe bet, for decent money you can find yourself well and quickly without risking food poisoning (everything was always fresh, well cooked, the kitchen is open).

Všeho je dostatek akorat vzdy chybí hůlky to je jediný nedostatek :(
I've never eaten better Bun Bo Nam Bo than since that restaurant. In Olomouc I order only from here ..
Everything is enough, just wands are always missing, that's the only drawback :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Brně mám nějaká oblíbená místa pro rozvoz a nějaká pro jídlo na místě. Ale v Olomouci? Tady zvládá Banyan perfektně obojí. Jídlo skvělé, výběr je rozmanitý - najdete tu klasiky asijské kuchyně (Pho, Bun bo, Bun cha, Pad thai) i - aspoň pro mě - méně obvyklé varianty (Chua ngot, Nieu dat thai, případně lososové a krevetové varianty) , stejně tak sushi. Doporučuji Pho polévky, ty nemají chybu. A rozvoz? Zvládli to za asi 15 minut po objednání! Objednávali jsme si večeři (tj. nebylo to polední menu) z místa, které je asi 20 minut pěšky od restaurace. Jídlo vezl kurýr v mrazu a přesto ani nestihlo vychladnout. Tomu říkám výkon! Výkon předvedlo i Dáme jídlo, ostatně pochvala už šla i jim. Ale restaurace na tom má samozřejmě taky svoji zásluhu.
In Brno I have some favorite places for delivery and some for food on the spot. But in Olomouc? Banyan does both perfectly here. The food is great, the selection is varied - you will find classics of Asian cuisine (Pho, Bun bo, Bun cha, Pad thai) and - at least for me - less common variants (Chua ngot, Nieu dat thai, or salmon and shrimp variants), as well sushi. I recommend Pho Soups, you don't make a mistake. And delivery? They managed it in about 15 minutes after ordering! We ordered dinner (ie it was not a lunch menu) from a place that is about 20 minutes walk from the restaurant. The food was carried by the courier in the cold and yet it did not even manage to cool down. I call it performance! The performance was also shown by the Lady of Food, after all, they were praised. But of course the restaurant also has its merits.
