Cafe New One

I can honestly say that in Cafe New One I ate one of the best burgers in my life. The meat was perfect, it was deliciously melting in my mouth, the additives were just wonderfully fitting the general taste of the burger, everyting in this burger was in place, was just about right, and none of the tastes were dominant. Just perfect. I also took a Coco drink and coffee - both were very, very good. And the staff - the lady was super friendly, super nice, I felt very good in thata place. I totally recommend. Thank you for your service, well done !! :)

I love the English breakfast here. The house made pasta options at lunchtime are also great. I definitely recommend these guys.

Spent 400 CZK on a mediocre ribeye steak, ordered medium rare, arrived well done.

Beautiful exterior and interior at this place, one of the most beautiful that I've even seen in any café. I was willing to give 5/5 to this place just for this one thing. But then... me and my friend encountered the staff. There were few waitresses at the place, all of them very stressed out and constantly in motion because of the workload. Few waitresses that seemed to be under the stress were still trying to be polite, but we got the moody one. As I understand Czech, I heard that our waitress was explained to the ladies at the table next to ours that the waiting time to receive meals is, unfortunately, 40 minutes. We weren't provided by this information, or at least not directly. I believe it might be because of the fact that we were tourists in Olomouc and not looking so fancy or rich as some other people might had been. Generally, the order was taken very quickly and every encounter had the same spirit. It wasn't possible to exchange bread with some salad, as I was informed clearly enough that the place doesn't make salad at the time of breakfast. Then I wanted café latte jumbo with whipped cream. The waitress almost rolled her eyes. I understand that this is not a standard request, but yeah, I had taste for whipped cream. In the end I got café and cream in 2 separate cups. Nice solution. Having decaff was ok and I'm glad for that. Regarding the prices, at first, I thought that they are very reasonable. But then I paid 100 crows for my coffee, which is almost the same as my breakfast. I recommend you to visit this place if you want to enjoy some nice interior. But regarding the customer treatment, it's a gamble. Count also with the longer waiting time, due to an amount of the customers.

Always a pleasure visiting Olomouc. Everyone should definitely try the aglio e olio with beef!

A-m-a-z-i-n-g!!! Beautiful interior, food was definitely a surprise and very classy atmosphere. Definitely worth trying every single dish from the menu but I highly recommend the Chicken Supreme, one of the best ones I have tasted ever. Also many many positive notes about their Torino Lamborghini coffee! Whenever I will be visiting Olomouc for sure will be my go-to place.

Parking is right next to the cafe, but usually crowded. Interior is looking good, nice ambient lighting. Drinks are really up to standard, but the omelette and egg Benedict?! They’re superb. Try one for yourself. Great place for brunch ?
