★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Předražené a po měsíci si můžete jít znovu koupit další telefon.
+ Jsem šla prodat svůj starší telefon s poškozením C a paní za pultem říkala že je to poškození D a že to neberou. Tak jako na Internetu si ještě ověřím jaké mám poškození a ona si tvrdí svoje.
 Overpriced and after a month you can go buy another phone.
+ I went to sell my older phone with damage C and the lady behind the counter said that it was damage D and that they didn't take it. Just like on the Internet, I can still check what damage I have and she claims hers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím říct, že skvělý přístup se kterým jsem se při řešení problému setkala mě neskutečně potěšil. Přístup byl vstřícný, ochotný, maximálně nápomocný. A to jak při kontaktování podpory po telefonu, tak při návštěvě prodejny v Galerii Šantovka. Pánové věděli co dělají, vše mi bylo předáno v pořádku a s maximální opatrností, byla jsem o všem potřebném informována. Další opravy budu s velkou pravděpodobností směřovat právě sem :)
Jako doporučení, pokud potřebujete například opravit nějakou součástku v telefonu, doporučuji zavolat nejprve na infolinku, zda bude možná oprava ihned na prodejně, kam se třeba chystáte. :)

Trust but I'm checking the mobile emergency worker at OC Santovka Teda knocked me down thoroughly in December 2020. still that my conscience is clean and I never stole anything here and I can go to the first floor to the apple resort, where Mr. Ing. And he always stands up for me thanks to the boss's engineering fame "Thank you"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good place to buy new phones, used phones, cases and accessories. They also repair phones here and install screen protectors (often while you wait). Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had several devices repaired here without issue. The prices here are pretty reasonable, and I would definitely recommend this shop.
