Brýle (sluneční) jsem si tu koupila drahé, téměř je nenosila (bláhově jsem si je šetřila na lepší), a když mi praskla bočnice při nandavání brýlí, reklamaci měli během dvou dní vyřízenou s výsledkem, že je to má chyba. Rozhodně už tam nenakoupím. I'm very disappointed. I definitely won't buy there anymore.

I needed to find some glasses quickly, so the young lady quite accommodated me and within 20 minutes I left satisfied with what I had chosen.

Například u mé objednávky: obroučky 700,- sleva 49%, takže cca 350,- , ale skla 3500,-, což je podle ostatních optik dvojnásobek! Nic mi nevnucovaly a vše, co mě zajímalo, mi bylo zodpovězeno. Už se těším na svoje první brýle. Doporučuji ? I used the free April eye test. Everything went perfectly professionally. Po týdnu jsme byli zpět v Grandu a bylo nám oznámeno, že nám brýle zlomili. Paní nám brýle chtěla vrátit (zlomené a bez sklíček) za podmínkou, že doplatíme zálohu na faktuře (3 tisíce). Jediná zkušenost s Grandem a už nikdy více, zlomené brýle se slovy, že si můžeme koupit prostě nové zde. Děkujeme, naschledanou. We came to grind the glasses, which were to be ready for collection in the next 2 weeks. We were back in the Grand after a week and we were told that our glasses had broken. The lady wanted to return the glasses (broken and without glasses) on condition that we pay the deposit on the invoice (3 thousand). The only experience with the Grand and never again, broken glasses with the words that we can just buy new ones here. Thank you, bye.
