V této optice už léta řešíme cokoli ohledně brýlí jak mých, tak dcery i zbytku rodiny napříč generacemi a nikdy jsme neměli špatnou zkušenost. Ochotný personál nám vždy se vším poradil, poučil i pomohl s výběrem. Za mě TOP optika široko daleko!! :) I'm surprised by the last review! In this optics, we have been solving anything about glasses for both my daughter and daughter and the rest of the family for generations, and we have never had a bad experience. The helpful staff always advised us, instructed and helped with the selection. For me, TOP optics far and wide !! :)

Ochotné pomoci, vyhovět, co jen v jejich silách je. Slovo "nelze" sice ve slovníčku mají, to všichni (holt se něco opravdu udělat nedá), ale pokud je alespoň malá možnost jsou ochotné se do toho pustit! S mým požadavkem na sportovní brýle mne v jiných optikách odmítali, zde jsem se setkal se skvělým přístupem a nakonec jsem se dočkal. Profesionální, ale přesto příjemný přístup. Willing to help, do whatever they can. Although the word "can't" is in the dictionary, everyone does it (something can't really be done), but if there is at least a small chance, they are willing to do it! My request for sports glasses was rejected by me in other opticians, I met a great approach here and in the end I got it. Professional, yet pleasant approach.
J	Jana Kubicová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdravím a píšu jménem svojí maminky, která je ve věku, kdy už zkrátka tak s internetem neumí, bohužel nás nenapadá jiná možnost než negativní recenze na tuto optiku. Dne 23.2. 2021 zde byla měnit skla brýlí, na které se údajně vztahuje záruka 24 měsíců. Dnes 19.4.2021 je zde byla reklamovat jelikož se jí na obou sklíčkách objevily jakési fleky, neochotná paní mamku odbyla a tím, že je asi špatně pokládala. Na toto zacházení byla předem upozorněna už při výměně, včetně toho jak brýle čistit, což dodržovala,takže myslím, že muselo být viditelné (mám případně fotky), že o škrábance nejde, jen jakési šmouhy, které působí i jiným odstínem než zbytek skla...Takže děkujeme, příště jdeme jinam a ostatním doporučit nemůžeme. On 23.2. 2021 there was a change of glasses, which is allegedly covered by a 24 month warranty. Today, April 19, 2021, she was complaining here because some stains appeared on both slides, the reluctant lady dismissed her mother and by probably putting them wrong. This treatment was already warned in advance during the exchange, including how to clean the glasses, which she observed, so I think it must have been visible (or photos) that there are no scratches, just some smudges that act in a different shade than the rest of the glass. ..
