Chodil jsem od optiky k optice a všude měli spoustu problémů proč by byl problém udělat skla do těchto brýlí, případně za to chtěli mastný příplatek. Tady to problém nebyl, příjemný mladý pán mi změřil zrak a skla do brýlí byla rychle hotova. Šlo to příjemně i bez blbých keců v jiných optikách. Díky. L	Lenka Loužecká on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jelikož jsem si potřebovala zřídit své první brýle, na základě kladných recenzí, jsem si zvolila právě tuto optiku. Můžu říct, že jsem nebyla vůbec spokojená. První návštěva, při které mi měřili zrak, proběhla profesionálně a rychle. Jakmile jsem si šla brýle vyzvednout, nastaly problémy. Několikrát jsem byla s brýlemi na pobočce. Brýle, ihned po vyzvednutí, byly křivé, takže na obličeji nevypadali moc hezky a také se tím stále povoloval šroubek. Později, neustálým manipulováním s brýlemi personálem, byly naprasklé. Všem těmto vadám bych rozuměla. Mohlo se například jednat o vadný kus, ale co mě opravdu znepokojilo bylo jednání personálu. Přestali se chovat profesionálně a snažili se mě přesvědčit, že to takhle má být a že je to zcela normální. Brýle na reklamaci, by mi po naléhání, snad ani nevzaly. Pravděpodobně jsem je otravovala tím, jak jsem za nimi neustále chodila s nějakým problémem. Snad už budou brýle jen v pořádku a nebudu muset podstoupit další reklamaci. The first visit, during which my eyesight was measured, took place professionally and quickly. As soon as I went to pick up my glasses, there were problems. I was at the branch with glasses several times. The glasses, right after picking them up, were crooked, so they didn't look very pretty on the face, and it still loosened the screw. Later, by constantly manipulating the glasses by the staff, they were cracked. I would understand all these defects. For example, it may have been a faulty piece, but what really worried me was the actions of the staff. They stopped behaving professionally and tried to convince me that it should be like this and that it was completely normal. The glasses for the complaint would not even take me after insisting. I probably bothered them by constantly going to them with a problem. Maybe the glasses will just be fine and I won't have to make another complaint.

Výsledný produkt je v pořádku a jsem velice spokojená. Mohu tuto optiku jen doporučit. Pleasant environment and nice and experienced staff. Ovšem po konzultaci s panem Štěpánem , který mi změřil oči , jsem odcházel s rozhodnutím že budu mít nové brýle . Za mě pan Štěpán , člověk velice příjemný , ochotný a rozhodně muž na svém místě . Už teď vím že až budu potřebovat další brýle půjdu jedině za ním . Mohu jen doporučit . I went to the optics more or less just to accompany my girlfriend.
