Nedbalé až podvodné jednání, možná jen nezaškolený personál. Taktika společnosti znevýhodňující klienty, zdlouhavé vyjednávání na pobočkách. Tahání klientů za nos. Tahání peněz z lidí na základě falešných sankcí, nedotažených požadavků včetně neproplácení slíbených dobropisů a pomocí na místě vymyšlených podmínek, které jsou pak vyvráceny na jiné pobočce. S výše uvedeným se setkávám až v posledních letech. Kdysi jsem míval s Vodafonem jen nejlepší zkušenosti.
Careless or even fraudulent conduct, maybe only untrained staff. Company tactics that disadvantage clients, lengthy negotiations at branches. Pulling clients by the nose. Withdrawing money from people on the basis of false sanctions, unfulfilled requirements, including non-payment of promised credits and help with on-site conditions, which are then refuted at another branch. I have only encountered the above in recent years. I used to have only the best experience with Vodafone.

Byl jsem několik let zákazníkem této společnosti. Změna zaměstnání mě donutila ke změně tarifu a tím i operátora. Při rušení tarifů ale nastal problém. Minimálně 14 dní před koncem zúčtovacího období jsem se osobně ptal na prodejne Vodafone a jejich zaměstnancem mi bylo řečeno, že vše stačí zrušit 24 hodin před koncem zúčtovacím obdobím. Na prodejnu jsme šli tedy 7.2. (zúčtovací období kočí 9.2.) a rušil jsem všechny služby (4 čísla a internet). Dnes 15.2. mi volá Vodafone ohledně dořešení zrušení internetu a bylo mi sděleno, že k ukončení dojde až 9.3. Takže já teď budu platit navíc za celý měsíc internet, který se měl zrušit do 24 hodin díky špatným informacím, které mi sdělil váš zaměstnanec, protože sám měl špatné informace a zaškolení nebo a to mi přijde pravděpodobnější mi je mylně sdělil úmyslně, aby společnost Vodafone mohla inkasovat další měsíc a tím i více vydělat. Přímo na tuto informaci jsem se totiž ptal minimálně 14 dní před koncem zúčtovacího období.
I have been a customer of this company for several years. The change of job forced me to change the tariff and thus the operator. However, there was a problem with the cancellation of tariffs. At least 14 days before the end of the billing period, I personally asked about Vodafone stores and their employees told me that it was enough to cancel everything 24 hours before the end of the billing period. So we went to the store 7.2. (billing period 9.2.) and I canceled all services (4 numbers and internet). Today 15.2. Vodafone is calling me to resolve the cancellation of the Internet and I was told that the termination will not take place until 9.3. So I will now pay extra for a whole month of internet, which was supposed to be canceled within 24 hours due to bad information given to you by your employee because he himself had bad information and training or and it seems more likely to me to mistake them intentionally to Vodafone could collect another month and thus earn more. I asked for this information directly at least 14 days before the end of the billing period.

Very Unkind and Very Rude. I visited twice and there are two different guys. They do not want sell anything. They said to go out their shop. Even they can not speak Enghish. +p.s. I visited thrid time. And the "Datovy Specialist" whose name is Martin was the best man in this shop. He can speak English and also kind. He explained anything what we asked. Because of him, we solve the problem. Thank you.

My first visit here was not very pleasant as the shop asistent kept on trying to convince me to purchase their for me unnecessarily expensive tariff instead of prepaid card. when i told him i was positive i don't want the tariff, he was quite unkind. however, my second visit here was great. the shopping assistant helped me with everything she could, when she couldn't help, she gave me instructions where to call.. etc. it all depends on specific people working here.

I have been literally robbed here. Don't come if you're a foreigner. And if you're Czech, still you should be very careful. I came in July, asking for a tariff that would allow me to have calls both in Czech Republic and to my home country. They offered me one for 700czk per month. To my suprise, I get a bill of 2000 czk after a month. I immediately want to cancel. Of course, problems. It can't be cancel at the moment (system is not responding), so I've to come back later. When I come back, the problem is solved. However, because I missed the cancelation date (which wasn't my fault), I've to pay for another month. I swallow my pride. I just want to get over and done with this. Just now, I receive another bill. THEY DID NOT CANCEL IT. It is a direct insult to consumer rights.
