O	Oldřich Malínský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už jsem si pár vozidel, levnějších i dražších nechal ze zahraničí dovézt, ale až s CFF a panem Horákem jsem nejvíce spokojený. Narozdíl od jiných dovozců aut z EU, tu není defacto omezení toho, zda je vůz novější či starší a pokud je vůz v pořádku, nemají problém s dovozem i takto starších vozidel (resp. hodně jiných se při dotazu na PT Cruisera zasmálo a "nazdar", bo mají nalajnováno, že vozí jen to a to a jinak máte smůlu, ale tady dovezou nebo najdou takové auto, které sháníte :) ) S panem Horákem probíhala komunikace na profesionální a zároveň přátelské úrovni, což přispívá k celkové spokojenosti :) Vozidlo se zarezervovalo, dovezlo, zařídil dovozovou STK a pár kroků od domu mi jej předal... Za mě super... Děkuji za dovoz a rád využiji znovu ;)
D	David Kratěna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto firmu doporučuji. Ochota a rychlost pana Horáka je nekonečná. Na dotazy (a nebylo jich z mé strany málo) reaguje promptně. Některá auta doporučil, jiné zase ne (bourané, lakované). Veškerou komunikaci s prodejci vyřídil za nás a jednal rychle. Auto jsme vybírali asi 14 dní. Kontaktoval jsem několik dovozců, někteří se ozvali, někteří ani na mé požadavky nereagovali. Ti co se ozvali, komunikovali rychlostí 1 email za 3 dny (kromě pana Horáka, ten byl bezkonkurenční). Z mnoha aut, které pan Horák prověřil jsme se zaměřili na jediné. Auto jsme vybrali v Německu, aby nebyly pochyby, zaplatil jsem zálohu 5000,- Kč a do Německa se vydal jejich technik vůz prověřit. Následně jsem dostal mnoho fotek a informací. Auto jsem na doporučení pana Horáka objednal, zaplatil zálohu na vůz a cca po 14 dnech jsem měl auto před domem se všemi potřebnými dokumenty a převozní zelenou papírovou značkou na 10 dní. Po 4 dnech jsem jen zasel na úřad pro značky a bylo hotovo. Pan Horák mě ještě ujistil, že na skryté vady mám záruku 6 měsíců a nemám váhat s jakýmkoliv dotazem. Kdybych příště hledal vůz v zahraničí, oslovím opět firmu Car For Friend - Dovozce vozidel. I recommend this company. Mr. Horák's willingness and speed is endless. He responds promptly to questions (and there weren't many of them). Some cars recommended, others not (cut, painted). He handled all communication with the sellers for us and acted quickly. We picked the car for about 14 days. I contacted several importers, some responded, some did not even respond to my requests. Those who responded communicated at the rate of 1 email in 3 days (except for Mr. Horák, he was unrivaled). Of the many cars that Mr. Horák inspected, we focused on the only one. We chose the car in Germany so that there would be no doubts, I paid a deposit of CZK 5,000 and their technician went to Germany to check the car. Subsequently, I received a lot of photos and information. I ordered the car on the recommendation of Mr. Horák, paid a deposit for the car and after about 14 days I had the car in front of the house with all the necessary documents and a green paper sign for 10 days. After 4 days, I just went to the brand office and it was done. Mr. Horák also assured me that I have a 6-month warranty for hidden defects and I should not hesitate to ask any questions. The next time I look for a car abroad, I will contact Car For Friend again.
