Quickly acting, a mechanic is a professional who knows what he is talking about and knows in the field. Wait a little longer but wait for a job well done.
J	Jirka Ggg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší autoservis ve kterém jsem byl. Práci co mi udělal mechanik byla strašná.. ale to neni to nejhorší. Největší oříšek je pani v tom jejím zahuleném kamrlíku, nepříjemná. Než se mi začla věnovat tak sem tam vlastně v tom kamrlíku stál asi 10 minut a tupě zíral do blba než si doklábosila s kamarádkou. Poté se mi začla věnovat otráveně jako bych jí skazil den, že něco chci. V průběhu dne neni schopná vzít telefon, že by informovala o stavu opravy tak to taky nehrozí. Pak vypustí takovou sumu, že jsem si myslel jestli si náhodou nedělá prdel. Opravdu nedoporučuji, to si radši zajedu 100km daleko než se vrátit do kamrlíku. The worst car service I've ever been to. The job the mechanic did to me was terrible .. but it's not the worst. The biggest nut is the lady in her curvy camo, uncomfortable. Before she started paying attention to me, I stood there for about 10 minutes and stared stupidly before she talked with her friend. Then she began to give me annoyance as if I had ruined her day that I wanted something. During the day is not able to take the phone to inform about the status of repair so it is not threatened. Then he released such a sum that I thought if he was accidentally fucking. I really do not recommend it, I would rather go 100km away than go back to the camouflage.
J	Jarda Pavel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V autoservisu jsem měl uskladněná zimní alu kola s tím že jsem je v srpnu chtěl prodat s mojím původním vozem. Kola mi ale do teď pan Jan s autoservisu nebyl schopen připravit. Když jsem se ho zeptal, zda si na zimu mám koupit nova kola, řekl že ano a že se nějak vyrovname. Pak jsme se domluvili, že mi místo kol udělá kvalitní denní sviceni a geometrii. Domluvil jsem se s nim hodne tezko na termínu a když jsem auto vyzvednul, nic nebylo hotové, které provázelo další vymlouvani a sliby. Pak už přestal zvedat telefony i odpovídat na sms. Komunikace strašná. Teď bohužel musím podat trestní oznámení na servis. Nikomu nemůžu doporučit!! Strašná vizitka a je to velká škoda, protože pan Jan, když už se k práci postaví, je velmi šikovný. I agreed with him very hard on the deadline and when I picked up the car, nothing was done, which was accompanied by further excuses and promises. Then he stopped answering phones and responding to sms. Communication terrible. Unfortunately, now I have to file a criminal complaint for service. I can not recommend to anyone !! It is a terrible business card and it is a great pity, because Mr. Jan, when he gets to work, is very handy.
Š	Šubyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem v servisu u paní Ireny na opravu válce, paní Irena byla velmi milá, práce byla odvedená asi dobře (auto jezdí, problém už není ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯ ), ani jsem dlouho nečekal, i když jsem byl upozorněný na to, že mají hodně práce. Za to palec nahoru. Palec dolů a to velký za zbytečné navýšení ceny. Bylo mi řečeno, že problém bude na 90 % buď svíčka, cívka, nebo kabely. Bohužel zjevně nebylo vůbec zjišťováno co je potřeba vyměnit, takže bylo vyměněno vše a cena byla 9 000 Kč. Jsem přesvědčený, že nebylo potřeba měnit všechno. Staré díly jsem zpátky nedostal (i když je pravda, že jsem si o ně neřekl). Osobně zbytek oprav kvůli tomuto přístupu nechám udělat jinde, ale komu nevadí připlatit si, tak bude určitě spokojený. Unfortunately, it was obviously not known at all what needed to be replaced, so everything was replaced and the price was CZK 9,000. I am convinced that there was no need to change everything. I didn't get the old parts back (although it's true that I didn't talk about them). Personally, I will have the rest of the repairs made elsewhere due to this approach, but who does not mind paying extra, will certainly be satisfied. Jan Šubert

Při přezuti prasklé pneu si všimli sjetych destiček což v původním servisu nebyli schopni.... velmi rozumne ceny, profesionální chování. I was in a car repair shop for the first time and I can only recommend it. When changing the flat tire, they noticed the worn plates, which they were not able to do in the original service .... very reasonable prices, professional behavior.

K	Krešimir Zamuda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a nail in my tire so I went there asking if they can fix it. The owner (Irena) said she'll have a look and once she came to the car, she started "complaining" about that tire - it's old, not for using any more, risky to drive with it, it can explode while driving, she doesn't recommend to use it and so on.. I've explained that in the next 2-3 weeks I will buy new winter tires and summer set I will throw. She still complained that this is risky to repair but as I wish, it's my risk and my life. I've said I just want to have it fixed and that's it - I will decide what to do next (the tire in question was from 2017 so not that old). I had it fixed after 2-3 hours so I had to come for the car later. It costed 500 czk, which I believe is a usual price in Prague for that. The next day, a sensor was showing low air pressure in the fixed tire so I had to pump it again. All in all, the service is just OK; not the worst one but also not the one I will go to again.
