Půjčoval jsem si zde auto a vše bylo v pořádku. Komunikace byla bez problému. Potřeboval jsem auto na poslední chvíli na Silvestra. Jiné dvě autopůjčovny které jsem zkoušel v okolí, neměli volná auta. Auto mi dovezli, bylo uklizené a v dobrém stavu. Pokud budu potřebovat v budoucnu znovu půjčit auto, tak budu volat jako první sem :) Možná by bylo fajn umožnit platbu kauce a pronájmu kartou.

The error has been reset, the car worked. But there was an error Exhaust gas recirculation valve. But it still was a help.

80000 CZK LOSS. So if you want to waste your money and time and destroy your life it's the best place to take your car to. I have a ford focus which had rattling noise and from my own little technical experience and milage of the car I assumed that it has time belt issue and as I'm foreigner and didn't have my own mechanic I used Google reviews and found this place has top reviews .I took my car there and consulted with head mechanic, he told me that the time belt and attachments are the issue and it could cost between 5000 to 10000 czk depending if it's only time belt problem or it attachments also and repairs will take up to 4 days. I left the car there and after three days I called them n went there to pick the car up. There was no presence of the guy that I met and the car was parked in a parking across the road so I payed them 8500 czk and picke upd the car. After a while driving with car I realized the issue is not solved, so I contacted main ford office via email and briefly described that they didn't repair the car properly. They answered me to take the car to the service shop and if the problem is from them they will repair it foe free. So I asked my local friend to come with me for language barriers. We found the head mechanic and he just told my friend that your friend (me) wanted the car as soon as possible so we just changed the time belt and not the attachments and being self righteous,it's like a surgeon does a surgery on a heart and not uncliping veins of it and say "patient was in hurry". The irony here is they charged me 1500 czk for the "test ride" of not repaired car. After couple of days cat broke down in the middle of street and with hardship I moved it to a safe spot. After few days of research we found an unauthorised mechanic and towed the car there and after diagnoses we found out the tentioner puly(holder of time belt) malfunctioned and destroyed half of engine including valves and head of cylinders. Then after three weeks of work second mechanic shop returned car w 22000 czk repair cost. Considering this car is my financial resource(1500czk a day) and it was out of order for 40 days(60000czk) and almost 31000 czk repair cost, I lost over 90000czk for the issue that supposed to cost me 10000 czk tops. So with basic math you can see that with going to authorised ford service shop which was supposed to be safe I lost almost 80000czk and more than a month and huge mount of unnecessary effort and I don't want to talk about physical/emotional damage. I don't know why Google doesn't have minus stars because giving one star is so overrating. Sincerely I don't have any term to describe this ford service cuze theft and bullying and fraudulent would be credit for what they have done.

Best Ford service in Prague. Professional team. I recommend them. Was there couple of times and always good experience. They really know Ford cars. I was at 5 other services before i found them and nobody could fix my car. Paid thousands for diagnosing at different companies around Prague and when I arrived at Frolik Rataj they found problem in 2 minutes.Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic, , one of the guys speaks perfect English and they did some body work in less that a week over the Christmas holidays whereas another dealer said t would take 3 weeks to do it. Great stuff !
