U	Uwe Brandenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two appointments with Dr. Rabha Sen Yahia this last week and I am super satisfied. I do not really understand the negative reviews here. Dr. Yahia is definitely tough and direct and it seems many people cannot deal with that. But that is what I want from a doctor. I do not need someone to hold my hand and tell me all is well. I need someone who analyses professionally (she did), finds the issue (she did), explains all results (she did), tells me the truth (she did) and comes up with a good plan for dealing with a issue (she did). All that she was providing excellently. So if you can take the truth, look for a very professional doctor and are confident enough to deal with her direct manner, she is perfect. I have her as my standard GP and I would not want anyone else.
S	Sofie Vlamynck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I don't know how they are still in business. More like DONT CARE & MAYBE CURE. They registered me and put me on sick leave without ever confirming this to me. When I asked them to fix it they forced me to go there, to a clinic I have never been and a doctor I've never seen. Then instead of just fixing it, both the doctor and receptionist started ganging up on me and shouting at me that it was all my fault. I've never experienced such disrepectful behavior let alone in a healthcare facility. It was a traumatic experience. What type of people are this emotionally agressive to an innocent person they have never met before? Wish I could give 0 stars... Make up your own mind, but my advice is RUN AWAY!!
A	Amgad Selim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all. - Not organized (usually give wrong appointment) - The dentist their doesn't wash his hands after the teeth check - gynochologist is terrible (not qualified at all) and most of the time they don't have English speaker gynochologist. - They are rude most of the time with patients
R	Rusudan Martirosyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worst ever experience with the doctor MUDr. Rabha Ben Yahia, Ph.D. I am pregnant, came to her on ECG with training contraction (last moment hospital asked me to do it) I was in Pain (when I was making appointment I told the situation) had my time but when I came she just rejected to take me. Besides she was very disrespectful and rude to her colleges (receptionist) and to patients… it’s not first time she allowed to be so rude to me and others but I decided to give another chance what was mistake. There were people and she just rejected to take all of them expect one. She is not mentally heathy person, otherwise I cannot explain how she can allow herself to shout on collages and clients, there were so many people when she was shouting on receptionist and me. As a person who understands medicine she is also obsoletely uncapable to help, I was visiting her only if I need some papers, for administrative things… Please don’t go there. It’s not worth it! The way she talked to me when I was in pain and needed paper from her was obsoletely disgusting…

So she through me another 2 hours and let someone else made the test, also my husband came to her and she said for hem thats nothing important ,month later he was in very bad condition he went to hospital and they told him its a rare disease ,Besides she was very disrespectful and rude to her colleges (receptionist) and to patients… it’s not first time she allowed to be so rude to me and others but I decided to give another chance what was mistake. R	Rosario Sygal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m honestly surprised about all the bad comments here. I went for the first time yesterday for gynecological appt and It was a relief for me to find this clinic. The lady at the reception was very nice and Dr. Jana was the best. She was very comforting and very professional. I highly recommend it.
A	April Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will admit, I was worried about going to a clinic for gynecology as an English speaking Expat. I was terrified I wouldn't get someone who understood me or who I understood. My Czech medical vocabulary is very limited. I was very pleasantly surprised. Dr. Jedlickova was very comforting and professional. Her English was great and she provided me with a thorough exam without a long wait or having to fill out tons of forms I couldn't read.
B	Behsheed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The GP here really doesn’t have much manners and is disrespectful. She is very impatient. The receptionists are scared of her. They don’t take card (how unprofessional??) this place is a mess. She also publicly discusses the problem and raises her voice.I was suppose to go here for a preventative examination I needed for work, she proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that I needed something else even tho I kept telling her what my work needed from me. I cancelled my appointment couple hours later because I rather pay more than deal with so much negative energy!!
