Worst service ever, unfortunately I had very bad experience with this clinic. And I suggest to spend little more time to find another place, then spend your time and money with this True Doctor.

I am very happy with this place. My GP is great, the doctors speak English, so do nurses and assistants. I don't have any problems making an appointment there

Terrible service, unprofessional doctor especially TEREZA. Long and uncertain communication. She does speak English very well but to answer it took her 5 days. After all she ruined my salary by not canceling my sicknote in time, when I told her, plus she didn't open it in the day when I ask her, so half of my month salary has gone, because of this miscommunication. After all once she yield on my through the phone, that she is very busy to deal with all my requests. :( nnoo more this place

Doctors are nice, but the service as a premium doctor and organisation is terrible. Not sure what you're paying for, as it just like any regular doctors. The first issue was back in March last year when I caught COVID, I wasn't feeling well, and they didn't think to test me for COVID when I had breathing and chest issues. They released a COVID helpline that I called and booked a test myself, unaware that this was apparently at cost, which COVID test was only advertised later @ 1500kc. However, True Doctor sent me a bill for around 6,000kc for the test(work that one out). I complained and had a call that this was an error and will get back to me. They never did. The second issue was I needed to change my card for the monthly payments, so they had cancelled my membership and sent me a new link to click and add the card. The link didn't work, and I sent a screenshot. I never heard anything back and just left it. Six months later, I'd give them another shot and registered as a new premium client paying 950kc monthly (nobody ever calls you to book the first appointment after spending your registration). I called them and made an appointment. I see the doctor and after go to the reception where they ask me, 12 months later to sign a contract and also there was some payment issue to membership (yeah, I couldn't add my new card and nobody bothers to call me and help resolve the problem), they said someone would call me (yeah, right). They then tried to get me to sign a contract at the desk and said no, I need to read it more and return it on my next visit. When I joined 12 months back, the agreement was dated, removing monthly payments and moving to the annual payments method, so do you think I will sign that? (Hell no). Since then, and as usual, nobody has called me back, they stopped taking the monthly payments on my card, and I have no idea what is going on as a premium paying client and lastly, no call about the blood work I had done. It the worst premium doctor experience I have ever had. I can not recommend the services, and you should be careful what you're signing with them. Look at other option.

Both the reception and the doctor were nice and took me in charge. The next day, they called me back swiftly and checked my tests results and how I was feeling. I had a good experience with Dr Lucie, thankful for her good service. For expats like me, VZP is accepted and communication in english was smooth :)

Service with the doctors is good but their receptionist and administrators are the worst can happen to anyone. They didn’t want to give me consultation nor follow up on my health situation because the receptionist claims I requested a paid test (vitamins C and D) and I have to pay for it. They claim that they gave me an invoice with the amount to be paid to the laboratory but I never agreed on it because how on earth , I would know I need those test?????!! I signed off a paper where they accepted that was their mistake and I don’t have to pay no more, but they still are claiming for this payment and they are not giving me any consultation whatsoever until I pay for their stupidity. Please don’t go to this doctor, they are really the worst service in town.

Worst service ever. If you don t have time to waste, avoid at any cost. Some medical check has been postponed twice in a row, with absolutely no care for the patients. They don t even care to contact the customers to let them know the appointment needs to be postponed. Totally unreliable.

Dr Lucie kucerova was extremely unprofessional today. She diagnosed properly, but is incapable of decent behavior and simple manners with a patient. I was offered an appointment and came, even early. I was unable to work the day before and asked about a sick-note for that day because no appointment was offered earlier when I was bed-ridden. She scolded me that I did everything backwards, I was supposed to know that I needed to tell her this yesterday even though their earliest appointment was today. She slammed her mouse and keyboard around, scoffed, rolling eyes, gasping that she had other patients. I told her I could wait outside till after and that I’m only trying to understand what I need to do. I asked that next time she act like a professional and I cancelled my payments immediately. I was hoping this wouldnt be an average czech medical interaction with horribly rude medical personnel, but I was wrong. Avoid this person if you want to be treated with any respect.
