★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S výrobky jsem moc spokojená, akorát paní prodavačka mi prodala balzám na nohy a ten byl nefunkční a měl prasklý průhledný kryt. Zjistila jsem to až na pokoji když jsem to rozbalila. Už jsem to nemohla vyměnit, protože v sobotu a neděli měla zavřeno. Jednalo se o prodejnu u Becherovky. Vaše výrobky si budu pravidelně objednávat u Vás na e-shopu.
I am very satisfied with the products, the saleswoman just sold me a foot balm and it was non-functional and had a cracked transparent cover. I only found out in the room when I unwrapped it. I couldn't change it anymore because it was closed on Saturday and Sunday. It was a store near Becherovka. I will regularly order your products from you in the e-shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carl's cosmetics has its own little shop in Imperial hotel, the shop provides hotel guests with vouchers for their products, not only that the shop has been mostly closed without any notice despite its opening hours, thus we've been trying to apply our vouchers for 4 days, but when it was finally open, the personnel said that they're out of stock with the products that they promised, handled me some minor replacement without any explanation while talking on the phone completely ignoring me, when I've asked of it's possible to as least provide me with more samples to compensate for missing products she refused in very rude unpleasant manner. I appreciate that providing guests with free products is a common marketing move to crate loyalty and plesent experience for potential customers, but if you're unable to deliver on your offer, you will be better off with not offering it at all.
