★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis jaguar. Ochota a vystupovani velice prijemne. Co se mi nelibi,je slozity odhad ceny nebo sazby za praci nebo cas. Jejich zakladni sazba je asi 1800 na hodinu do 5 nebo 6 let stari.Ze rikaji tu cenu jeste formou bez dph,aby to vypadalo za mene,taky nemam rad. Potreboval jsem jen diagnostiku,tj. napojit na pc. Nebyl schopen rict presne jak to bude dlouho trvat. Z meho pohledu je to otazka max 20 minut,zbyvajicich 40 to muze projet. Pry ne,pry to muze byt i 2 hodiny,ze to neni jen tak. Tak ok. Ptam se,jestli u toho muzu byt,prej jo. Nejdriv problem se spojenim auta a diagnostiky,nakonec po 20ti minutach musel zkusit jinou,ta uz sla. Takze 20 minut v cudu a kdybych tam nebyl,tak je klidne muzu mit zapocitane,ze. Prijezd ke kanclu a misto ke stani je bohuzel katastrofa. Dalsi minus je,ze dilna je asi 200 metru dal po hlavni v jinem arealu,kterej vypada z dob KSC. Jen pul hodiny zabrala konzultace(kterou uz jsem mimochodem resil s kolegou pri objednani terminu)a premisteni auta do dilny,coz by bylo pri hodinovce 900 kc. Prisel jsem v 8,odchazel asi 9:40. Jako plus beru to,ze mi borec cenu nejak udelal a platil jsem 1500. Mechanika si predstavuju 35 a vic let s 15letou zkusenosti. Tu byl bohuzel mladej typek a kdyz mu ukazuju problem,tak to pry jeste nikdy nevidel. To se v takovem servise nemuze stat,aby nekdo neco nevidel nebo nevedel. Takze tak pul napul,takze za 3. Musim byt uprimnej.

I wonder if I can stay with it, I wish. First the problem with the connection between the car and diagnostics, in the end, after 20 minutes, he had to try another one, which was already successful. So 20 minutes in a stranger, and if I wasn't there, I could easily count them. Arriving at the office and the place to the tent is unfortunately a disaster. Another minus is that the workshop is about 200 meters away from the main in another area, which looks like the times of the KSC. It took only half an hour to consult (which, by the way, I solved with a colleague when ordering an appointment) and move the car to the workshop, which would be 900 CZK for a watch. I arrived at 8, leaving at about 9:40. As a plus, I take the fact that the guy somehow made me a prize and I paid 1500. I imagine mechanics for 35 or more years with 15 years of experience. Unfortunately, there was a young guy here, and when they show him the problem, he's never seen it before. It can't happen in such a service that someone doesn't see or know something. So half pulled, so for 3. I have to be honest.

I am an English speaker, new to Czechia and still trying to learn the language, but Daniel spoke perfect English, was incredibly helpful, friendly and facilitated the work required on my Land Rover Discovery.Thank you.
