★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my birthday dinner at Casa De Carli tonight and it was just perfect! I have been in Prague for quite a while and have visited several good-rated restaurants, and to be honest, this is the best.
The restaurant is nicely designed but not snobby at all. The service is very attentive and made us feel welcome. The food tastes truly wonderful and is amazingly beautiful to look at. We enjoyed every moment with awsome prosecco and white wine.
I highly recommend Casa De Carli for anyone who wishes to enjoy first-class food in the relaxed atmosphere. You won't regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Italian restaurant is over the top in service and food but not in price, it’s more expansive than most places in Prague. But the food is truly outstanding there, perfectly prepared, and plated beautifully, really enjoyable to look at. Excellent Italian wine is available, too. The staff is very friendly and engaging and provides excellent service and useful recommendations. Overall could be a really good place for special occasion or romantic dinner.

Everything is top-notch: food, service, wine cellar, deco, ambiance, live kitchen, crockery, cutlery, location, bathroom (like a spa!)… i do not know where to end.
Chef De Carli, his wife and team are taking you on a special journey that will remember for the rest of your life.
I could feel that everything offered is well thought with a true story to each ingredients or objects. A very few places or people are able to offer this experience. Casa De Carli is one of them. Casa = home. I believe that what Chef De Carli wanted to take us. Well he did it!
Prague is very lucky to hold such a gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was fine, but I absolutely didn’t like the food. The dessert was impossible to eat with the spoon: for some reason, they added a non eatable piece of paper with a sticker around the “cigar”.
The restraint is nicely designed, but it was too a bit hot.
Overall, I’m surprised it’s in the Michelin guide.
