★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere, perfect location in the very center of Prague. Unlike other places, everyone was very friendly to us and it was very clean. Croupiers and waitresses all friendly, too. Most machines in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a horrendous excuse for a casino. The staff is rude, unorganized, and incapable of any kind of customer service. They walk around like the undead or Egyptian mummies. The use a fingerprint ID system which failed to work when I wanted to leave and cash in my chips. So I said to the cashier” please give my money.” She then just shrugged her shoulders and said “it doesn’t work.” “Well that’s not my problem,” I said and she again shrugged her shoulders. I said if you don’t give me my money then I’ll call the police. Then the nightmare was so much so that I have no reason or care to even write about it. In the USA this place would have been shut down by any and all government agencies that deal with consumer rights. Here there is no such thing so my advice to you is:
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOD FORESAKEN PLACE!!!
P.s. btw I was told by a casino employee that all the positive reviews below are fake and were written by the casino or it’s employees.
