Bohužel kvůli vrzání postele jsem se jich musel ozvat, po několikátém telefonátu a slibu že přijdou se na to podívat a opravit již čekám tři čtyři měsíce a stále bez odezvy. S pocitem že mi ho nechtějí opravit a vyřešit tuto reklamaci jsem musel napsat recenzi se zklamáním nevim jak mám udělat aby tato firma dořešila moji reklamaci. Je to opravdu smutné přístup a určitě to nepřeji nikomu. Za postel jsem zaplatil skoro 40 tis Kč. Píši jsem aby další lidi nebudou jako já aby nepřišly o peníze za nic. I paid a large amount for a bed in this company. Unfortunately, due to the creaking of the bed, I had to call them, after several phone calls and a promise that they will come to see it and fix it, I have been waiting for three or four months and still no response. With the feeling that they do not want to fix it for me and solve this complaint, I had to write a review with disappointment, I do not know how to do this company to resolve my complaint. It's a really sad approach and I definitely don't wish it on anyone. I paid almost 40 thousand CZK for the bed. I write so that other people will not be like me so as not to lose money for nothing.

Pan Bajzík se nám velmi věnoval od začátku, příjemná spolupráce. Montážníci šikovní, vše po sobě uklidili a vysáli. Mohu jen doporučit! We have a low custom bed from Caster Design and we are excited. It doesn't even move, the built-in tables are perfect. Mr. Bajzík has been very dedicated to us from the beginning, pleasant cooperation. The assemblers were handy, they cleaned everything up and vacuumed. I can only recommend!

Mohu doporučit, je to opravdu kvalita. We had bunk beds made for children and complete satisfaction. Both when compiling and processing the order and with assembly. I can recommend, it's really quality.

OD úvodní komunikace po montáž a výslednou kvalitu skříně jsem velmi spokojený. The production and installation of the bunk bed turned out to be one. The bed fit beautifully into the interior thanks to the correctly chosen decor.
