While we were at the store, the staff was completely gone. When ordering our new bed, tempura mattress and tempura pillows, everything was still fine. Delivery was supposed to be in 10 weeks, so we also ordered a remodeling of the windows for the tenth week, which we had planned for a long time, in order for the bed to fit in. The next day another call from the saleswoman, we arrange the details of the order. Great. A total, but really total, catastrophe since then. The 10th week is approaching, no one has let me know since we paid the deposit. Not even a silly email with "your order is being prepared". Absolutely nothing. I'm calling the store, nobody answers the phone. So at the end of week 10, I go to the store (which is more than an hour away by car, by the way), where the other saleswoman wonders if I'm lying and asks for my phone number to check that I really called the store. Even she is not able to tell me on the spot when the orders will arrive. The windows are already replaced. In two weeks, they'll call me to bring my order in a few days. It is therefore 12 weeks from the time of ordering. Of course, the bed will not fit, we have to take out the windows again, make the bed and put it on. I understand that this is more or less our problem. But if someone were able to tell me when my bed arrived, it would all be much easier. The only thing I can praise are the gentlemen who brought me the bed to assemble. They were very careful not to break anything, they took off their shoes, they were nice, the agreement with them was great, even though they didn't assemble anything in the end, because there was nothing. I then visited the store once more, I wanted to buy bedding for those great tempura pillows. I really hope that I will never have to go to the store again, because I can't stand another single silly joke of a very important saleswoman. I'm really disappointed.

I met nice and well-founded staff in the store. I was interested in mattresses and slats. First, the saleswoman told me what I expect from the mattress, what improvement the replacement of the existing mattress would bring. The saleswoman took care of me individually for more than an hour, I tried several mattresses and I was informed in detail about the qualities and advantages of each mattress. I tried one mattress several times. In the end, I chose a mattress measuring 160 x 200 cm and two slatted frames. There was no problem with the delivery, everything worked exactly as agreed. After installing the mattress and slats in the bed frame, I must say that I am very satisfied with the choice, I can boldly say that the user comfort exceeded even my high expectations. I was very satisfied and pleasantly surprised with the purchase and overall approach of the ProSpánek store employees in Liberec, that I found not only sellers, but also goods from an expert who can advise and explain well. I note that I didn't even want to know the price of the individual recommended mattresses and I chose emotionally. The decision to choose a mattress was for me without any signs of manipulation by the seller in order to sell at any price and the most expensive product possible. In the end, I turned out to choose "Ferrari" among the mattresses, but even though the price was not the lowest, I am very satisfied. Thank you ladies, keep going and good luck.
